I. Tittle: Ring Hop Ceremony Batch 2022-2023

II. Theme: A passage of hope towards achieving the ultimate purpose

III. Rationale: The ring hop ceremony is a longstanding tradition that has been
a part of the graduation celebrations for many years. This
tradition is significant as it symbolizes the students'
achievements and serves as a reminder of the bond shared by
the graduating class. The pandemic has presented
unprecedented challenges for graduating students, making it
difficult for them to celebrate their achievements with their loved
ones. The restrictions on gatherings and social distancing
measures have made it impossible for students to have a
traditional graduation ceremony. As a result, many students
have missed out on the opportunity to share this special
moment with their family and friends.
However, the ring hop ceremony provides an opportunity for
graduating students to express their gratitude and appreciation
to those who have supported them throughout their academic
journey. Family members, friends, and teachers have played a
significant role in the students' success, and the ring hop
ceremony offers a chance to acknowledge and thank them.

The ring hop ceremony is an ideal way to express gratitude as it

is a symbolic event that holds significant meaning. The
exchange of class rings symbolizes the students' commitment
to their alma mater and the bond shared by the graduating
class. It is also an opportunity to share this special moment with
loved ones, creating lasting memories that will be cherished for
years to come.
It is understandable that there may be concerns about holding a
ring hop ceremony during the pandemic, such as logistical
challenges or safety concerns. However, with proper planning
and adherence to safety protocols, it is possible to hold a safe
and memorable event. The ceremony can be held outdoors,
with limited attendance, and social distancing measures in
place.
In conclusion, holding a ring hop ceremony for graduating
students during the pandemic is a meaningful way to express
gratitude and celebrate their achievements. It provides an

IV. Objectives 1. To let the graduating students enjoy and acquire a

memorable experience, The Ring Hop ceremony is a symbol of
our graduates' commitment to their alma mater and the bond
shared by the graduating class.
2. To engage the students in social activities that promote the
value of camaraderie, as a significant milestone in their
academic journey, the Ring Hop ceremony recognizes the hard
work and dedication of our students, as well as the support of
their family members, friends, and teachers. The ceremony
provides an opportunity to express gratitude and appreciation to
those who have played a significant role in their success.
3. To recognize the efforts and support of the parents, families,
or loved ones of the graduating class, During the ceremony, our
graduates will receive their class rings, a cherished memento
that symbolizes their academic achievements and the bond
shared by the graduating class.

V. Methodologies 1. They began by holding an online meeting and brainstorming

ideas.
2. They canvassed the venue or location and produced a quote.
3. They requested authorization and sought assistance from
other higher-ups to support the action.
4. They disseminate knowledge by polling pupils who will agree
with the quotation presented.
5. They also have Plan A, in which they present to students that
if they agree, they will include foods, Plan B, in which they will
only agree on snacks, but students eventually decided that they
will have Plan C, in which they will only pay for the location.
VI. Budget Source of Fund: Collection of payments from the 4th year
students who are willing to join the Ring hop
