Demonstrates personal responsibility in the prevention of cigarette and alcohol Use
through the promotion of a healthy lifestyle
C. Learning Competencies
At the end of the lesson, the learners should be able to:
a. Describe the harmful short- and long-term effects of smoking; (H8S-lvb-c-
29)
b. share the impact of cigarette smoking on the family, community; and (H8S-
Ivb-c-29)
c. create a slogan about short term and long term effect of cigarette smoking.

Let’s have a game. I prepared an activity
game called “PASS ME” I have a crumpled
paper ball here. Form a large circle and then
pass this crumpled paper ball to your
classmates until the music stops. When the
music stops, whoever is holding the ball must
remove a piece of paper from the crumpled
ball and answer it.

First, let's identify what is smoking cigarette
