C. Description
The passenger seats and sidewall panels are removed at Body Stations
500E through 520 to gain access to the four riser ducts. The
insulation is pulled back and two layers of aluminum damping tape are
installed on the inboard surface of the riser ducts. The sidewall
panels and passenger seats are then reinstalled.

A. Remove left and right passenger seats between Body Stations 500E
through 520 (Ref. 737 Maintenance Manual Subject 21-23-25).
B. Gain access to the riser ducts by removing the left and right sidewall
panels between Body Stations 500E through 520 (Ref. 737 Maintenance
Manual Subject 25-21-346).
C. Pull aside insulation blankets to access the riser ducts and install
noise damping tape per Figure 1.
E. Reinstall passenger seats between Body Stations 500E through 520 (Ref.
737 Maintenance Manual Subject 21-23-25).
