 - Team work : During my teaching periods, I worked with my colleagues to identify
students' difficulties in learning Mathematic, Static, Structural Analysis, Strength of
Social skills and competences Material and provided the solution. In my organization and overseas experience I worked
with people from different countries, such as USA, UK, Canada, Germany, Russia, Japan,
China, Brazil, and any other countries..
- Intercultural skills : My students came from different ethnic group and different areas in
Indonesia. My overseas experiences in leadership (internship) was in USA, Jordan, and
India that extreamly had different ethnic languages and cultures.

Since 2009, I have Involved in some organizations taking part in dealing with educational
