    CENTRE FOR MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT

    NOTIFICATION

    The Centre for Management Development (CMD) is a leading, self- supporting


    autonomous institution, under the Department of Industries and Commerce,
    Government of Kerala, which provides research, consulting training,
    project/programme management support to the Development Agencies, Corporate
    Sector and the Government. Established in 1979 with the objective of providing
    capacity development support to the Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and various
    government departments in Kerala.

    CMD has been providing recruitment services for the PSUs and Government agencies in
    the state for around 20 years. On behalf of a reputed Statutory Government
    Organization, CMD invites applications from qualified professionals/officials on a
    deputation basis for filling up three (3) positions of Manager (Technical-Civil). The
    selected officials will be deployed at the Government organisation based in
    Thiruvananthapuram.

    Interested officials may submit their application on or before March 15, 2024 (5 pm) as
    per the pro-forma enclosed along with the notification. Applicants may submit the
    copy of their application to avoid delay in submission of applications through proper
    channel.

    Details of the Post


    a) Essential: -
    Deputation from amongst the officers presently working under Kerala
    Government Departments with the following educational qualifications and
    working experience:
    I. Possessing B. Tech Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed University
    II. Holding posts on regular basis in the cadre not below of Assistant Executive
    Engineer (Civil) in Kerala Government Departments having at least 10 years’
    project/ field working experience in the Construction of Building/ Roads.
    b) Age Limit: - 45 years as on 01-03-2024
    c) Period of Deputation: The initial tenure will be one year
    d) Nature of duty: Managing projects and civil works at different sites all over
    Kerala
    e) Pay Scale: 40640-1000-48640-1100-57440

     Applicants shall enclose the No Objection Certificate (NOC) obtained from the
    current department/ concerned authority and submit it along with the application

     Selection/Appointment will be subjected to the necessary clearances from
    concerned officials/authority
     The applicant shall submit the following documents certified by an authorized
    official/ along with the Application Form
     Certificate proving that there is no Vigilance or disciplinary case
    pending/contemplated against the applicant
     Integrity Certificate
     Certificate proving that no major/minor penalty has been imposed on
    applicant during the last 10 years or a list of major/minor penalties
    imposed on the applicant during the last 10 years is enclosed
