    Under the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022

    FEDERAL TAX CREDIT FOR QUALIFIED ENERGY-EFFICIENT HVAC


    IMPROVEMENTS—DUCTLESS MINI-SPLIT HEAT PUMP PRODUCT CATEGORY
    This document serves as a Manufacturer's Certification Statement for Senville, to affirm eligibility for homeowners
    seeking energy-efficient home improvement credits under the provisions of the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022.
    This certification is pertinent for taxpayers who install qualified HVAC systems in their primary residences and wish
    to claim federal tax credits for energy efficiency improvements.

    The Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 has facilitated the extension of individual tax incentives for homeowners
    undertaking enhancements with high-efficiency HVAC units. These tax credits are applicable to all qualified energy
    properties installed between January 1, 2022, and December 31, 2022.

    CERTIFICATION STATEMENT
    Senville hereby certifies that the following listed products are recognized as Qualified Energy Property, adhering
    to the mandated criteria for eligibility under the energy-efficient property tax credit as delineated by Section
    25C of the Internal Revenue Code.

    The specified Senville® ductless mini-split heat pumps, achieving a minimum SEER of 15.00, EER of 12.50, and HSPF of
    8.50, conform to the federal standards for Qualified Energy Property*. These products qualify for the tax credit when
    integrated with the appropriate coil and/or furnace, as necessitated**.

    representations made by taxpayer regarding the product purchased and, where applicable, the combination of such product with the proper coil and/or furnace.
