    Series of 2023

    A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CRISSA JEAN C. PAGAPONG TO PROCESS,


    SIGN, AND UPDATE NECESSARY INFORMATION/DETAILS OF SK BARANGAY
    FOR ACCOUNT ENROLLMENT IN ONLINE REGISTRATION AND UPDATE
    SYSTEM. FURTHERMORE, HE/SHE IS ALSO APPOINTED AS HANDLER OF
    ORUS.

    WHEREAS, the Online Registration and Update System (ORUS) is a system launched by
    the Bureu of Internal Revenue (BIR) that aims to help improve the overall tax
    administration in the country

    WHEREAS, the Philippine Government, through the Department of Finance (DOF) and
    BIR continually seek ways on making the tax system more efficient;

    WHEREAS, the online Registration and Update System (ORUS) is an end-to-end taxpayer
    and business registration system which was developed to provide faster and better
    services to taxpayers;

    WHEREAS, ORUS aims to help taxpayer individuals and businesses undergo an easier
    registration and update process with the BIR, paving the way for a more convenient
    touchpoint for tax compliance. This will improve voluntary compliance and reduce related
    costs while making service delivery and taxpayer experience better;

    WHEREAS, the Department of Finance (DOF) nd Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) is


    offering taxpayers opportunity to fully register and update their registration data online
    anywhere and anytime and real-time access to the registration records of Barangay
    Candabong, Anda, Bohol

    NOW THEREFORE, on mass motion, be it resolved thru a resolution authorizing


    Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer Crissa Jean C. Pagapong to handle Online Registration
    and Update System (ORUS) for the Barangay Candabong, Anda, Bohol;

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the Bureau of


    Internal Revenue (BIR) RDO 084-Bohol, Tagbilaran City, office the Municipal Account of
    Candabong, Anda, Bohol and to all concern government agency for information and
    guidance.

    RESOLVED FURTHERMORE, that this resolution remains effective and subsisting and
    has not been revoed, amended or superseded.

    Adopted this 9th day of December, 2023 at Barangay Candabong Session Hall,
    Candabong, Anda, Bohol.
