    SK RESOLUTION NO. 2
    Series of 2024

    A RESOLUTION TERMINATING THE APPOINTMENT OF SANGGUNIANG


    KABATAAN TREASURER JAY ANN MANAGA OF BARANGAY CAHAYAGAN,
    CARMEN, AGUSAN DEL NORTE

    WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 13 (f) Chapter II of RA 10742, the SK Treasurer shall be


    appointed by the SK Chairperson with the concurrence of the SK Members;

    WHEREAS, Ms. JAY ANN MANAGA resigned through personal message direct to the SK
    Chairperson on May 16, 2024;

    WHEREAS, Ms. JAY ANN MANAGA hasn’t give a resignation letter through the SK
    Chairperson or the DILG up until now;
    WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan Council of Barangay Cahayagan is in urgent to appoint
    the new SK Treasurer and urgent process of signatories in the Development Bank of the
    Philippines (DBP) due to an upcoming SK Federation Activities.

    WHEREAS, the removal from office of the SK treasurer shall be with the concurrence of a
    majority vote of all the members of the Sangguniang Kabatan Council in a regular or special
    meeting called for the purpose.

    NOW THEREFORE, on motion of HON. LOUIE C. PAQUIBOT and duly seconded by the
    august body be it.

    RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the Development Bank


    of the Philippines (DBP) Butuan Branch, for their information.

    APPROVED AND ADOPTED UNANIMOUSLY.
