1) Backside guard must be there in the cutter to avoid backward through of the
small particles.
2) Goggles must be used to protect the eyes from small particle.
3) A firm grip on cutter machine must be maintained while cutting .
4)Powered hand tools shall be inspected by the
operator prior to use each day.
5) Tools that are not fully operational shall be tagged and labeled “Defective” &
removed from service

2) Just have a look of the stacking of the materials before commencing actual
unloading.
3) No unwanted men should be there in vicinity.
4)Positioning of the leg and back should be proper while manual lifting.(Back should
be straight.)
Have a look of the entire area for any protruded part or sharp edges to avoid cut or
brush injury.
