Introduction of Speaker
I am privileged to introduce to you our guest of honor and keynote speaker this morning. Our distinguished guest belongs to an illustrious clan of professionals, son of Sir Tomas M. Domingo, then Provincial Statistics Officer and Madam Anita Domingo, Public School Principal. Born on February 21, 1987, our speaker was hailed and raised at San Marcos, San Mateo, Isabela where he finished his primary education with flying colors. He finished elementary as Third Honorable Mention with special citations as writer and athlete at San Mateo East Central School. Consistent with being a cream of the crop, he finished Secondary at Eveland Christian College as Second Honorable Mention. During his college years, our very able speaker was awarded, Academic Excellence Award with Meritorious Citation for being the Batch’s Top 2. A Gold Medalist in Clinical Efficiency, a Bronze Medalist in Community Efficiency and a consistent Dean’s Lister at the University of La Sallete, Santiago City. As an achiever, our speaker had swiftly passed one not just 1 but 3 licensure examinations. He passed the Nurses Licensure Examination and being a Jack of All Trades, he also passed the Midwife Licensure Examination, Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers and also Underwent the Nursing CORE CEOMPETENCY STANDARDS, a training promulgated by the Professional Regulations Commission. Our speaker is a BLS and ACLS License Holder trained under the American Heart Association Protocol under Health Care Solutions in 2018. He is also a Master of Science in Nursing on Maternal Child Health Nursing which paved the way for him to be known in his chosen profession. Our intelligent speaker is a Sui Generis, one of its kind, an able and expert in the field of nursing and education who became guest speaker in numerous national and local conferences and seminars in the country. He has worked as a Review Professor in Thinker’s Review Specialist, General Santos City, Powerdev Review Center Cebu City, Rank One Review Center Manila, RN International Review Center Zamboanga here he also serve as marketing head and moderator, Dreamforce Review Center in Baguio City as a Review Program Consultant, East West Educational Specialist in Manila, Davao, Iloilo, Dumaguete, Palawan Cavite and Batangas, Liberty Center for Professional Review and Special Studies in Cabanatuan and MLGM Multidimensional Training, Consultancy and Review Services. Likewise, he worked as a Staff Nurse in Emergency, Operation and Ward at Callang General Hospital, a Philhealth Accredited Tertiary Hospital in Santiago City, Isabela. He also became a District Clerk and Statistical Researcher of the Provincial Statistics Office in the City of Ilagan. A part time Clinical Instructor at the National Center for Mental Health in Mandaluyong, First Asia Institute of Humanity and Technology in Batangas, Asia Pacific College of Advanced Studies in Balanga Bataan, Metro Subic College Incorporation in Olongapo City, Urdaneta City University in Pangasinan, West Negros University in Bacolod and University of Negros Occidental. At present, he is a Nurse Educator Entrepreneur in his own review center, Achievers Review Center which was established in the year 2013. He is the review director and board exam reviewer in Nursing, Midwifery, Licensure Examination for Teacher, NCLEX (US and Canada), DHA (Qatar), PROMETRICS (Saudi Arabia). Apart from owning a review center he personally oversees, he is also a National Board Reviewer and Review Professor in Various Campus across the Philippines from University of Cagayan Valley in Tuguegarao to Isabela State University, Far Eastern University, De La Salle Univeristy Batangas, Cebu Doctors University and Ateneo de Cagayan De Oro- Xavier University. Ladies and gentlemen, let us welcome our guest and resource speaker, the brilliant, Sir Joseph Raguindin Domingo, Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife, Licensed Professional Teacher and a Master of Science in Nursing.
