    A concise glimpse into the role

    As a Junior Automation Consultant, you'll immerse yourself in applications like Salesforce CRM, SAP S4 Hana, Navision,
    Shopify, and diverse Ecommerce and ERP platforms. Your role involves learning the nuances of Business Process
    Automation, configuring customer business processes, and gaining exposure across various industries like retail, beauty,
    preventive healthcare, and more.

    Under the mentorship of seasoned teammates, you'll contribute to seamless client onboarding. This dynamic role requires
    flexibility in timing to cater to global needs, outstanding communication skills, and a client -facing approach, making it an
    ideal opportunity for growth in a collaborative environment.

    Your time will be invested in

    Solution Development:

    • Collect and analyse client requirements for robust business process automation solutions.
    • Conduct in-depth business analysis to ensure a comprehensive understanding of client needs.
    • Utilize requirements to design and implement tailored automation solutions.
    • Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and extend applications

    Data Management and Integration:

    • Facilitate the loading of data into systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
    • Design integrations with third-party applications, enhancing system’s functionality.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the systems we work with to achieve subject matter expertise.

    Training and System Optimization:

    • Provide comprehensive training to users on implemented solutions.


    • Install and configure software to ensure optimal system performance.
    • Reconcile data across various systems, resolving discrepancies.
    • Continuously optimize systems for improved efficiency and performance, gaining expertise in the
    evolving landscape of automation technologies.

    Requirements

    • Strong knowledge of any Programming Language


    • Good understanding of RDBMS
    • Strong presentation and communication skills to convey ideas effectively.
    • Confident and professional individual, who is enthusiastic about client facing roles.
    • Excellent listening skills to fully comprehend customer requirements and pain points.
    • Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
    • Experience of working with large data sets, via databases or spreadsheets an advantage

    Qualifications:

    • Candidates must be BE/BTECH (IT/CS/ECE), BCA, MCA or BSc. (Computer) 2023-2024


    • Academic percentage criteria for 10th,12th, Graduation -60% or above throughout.
