8. Maximum number of students to undertake research and creative tasks.

The Institution undertakes following measures and steps to achieve the

objectives:

1. To impart knowledge, competence and self-confidence to each and every person.

The institution resolves to give students the confidence to share their points of view and
thoughts by cultivating that ability in them so that they are capable to act freely, to bring
changes in themselves to be a better version, and to their own decisions. Every student is
empowered to become competent and self- assured by the teaching staff, mentors, and
students themselves via continuous efforts. Pupils are inspired to engage in project-based
learning, creative activities, competitions, seminars, workshops, and industrial trips.

2. To provide a safe and conducive learner friendly environment.

To offer a secure and suitable learning atmosphere. Students from many social
backgrounds are equally welcomed, supported, and educated at this institution. The most
influential strength of a community represents its segments which are considered to be
weaker and backward. In order to promote reading and cultural learning, the library is open
from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There have been no reports of sexual harassment or ragging as
a result of the mentors' and counselors' ongoing interaction and connection with the
students. Student aid funds, private sponsors, and government-sponsored scholarships are
used to support students from underprivileged backgrounds and minority populations.

3. To increase employability and flexibility of students in response to the industry's

shifting demands.

The faculty addresses students' flexibility, helps them face and adjust to changing
conditions, and focuses on their improvements in order to make them marketable and
capable of meeting the industry's evolving demands. They are taught to use mental,
emotional, and behavioral flexibility to adjust to life's challenges. Students are inspired to
develop their skills, self-assurance, interpersonal skills, character, and self-regularization.
We ensure that our students are employable by setting up training sessions and soft skills
workshop. Students are given information on vouchers and competitive examinations.

strengthen the student population. Align the curriculum with New Education Policy 2020
(NEP 2020) guidelines, emphasizing interdisciplinary learning and a wide range of skill

students in small groups and to guide them about the scope and opportunities of their
respective courses and the competitive exams they can attempt. Continuous instruction
for students enrolled in skill-based learning and ICT courses and update existing one to
incorporate knowledge and technology.

2. In order to carry out institutional planning, monitoring, and implementation of this

members to take part in case studies, major and minor projects, and workshops. Conduct
regular training and workshops for faculty members to familiarize them with NEP 2020
Principles, teaching methodology and assessment practices.

and the guarantee of all stakeholders' involvement in the planning, decision-making, and
execution of policies. Acknowledgment and inspiration for academic staff to assume
leadership roles in the organization's management. Invest in technology infrastructure
and digital resources to facilitate online and blended learning modalities.
