MY Design and format is inspired by one of the examples that was given to use but nothing in my work is an copy so

similarity could be found but they would be minor or where just taken from the brief so they look like similarity's but it was
actually taken from the brief and not the Example that was given to use just in case there is any problem of people thinking
that this was a carbon copy of the Example given Only the format was taken and all the work or words was done by me

P2-Purpose and user requirement

Purpose

The reason for the spreadsheet I am planning is to record and examine customers’ information who have acquired season tickets to assist
compose their seating and move forward future encounters as well as dissect benefits. Customers’ information recorded in one occasion can
offer assistance the club set a cost for different seating positions within the future as well as record seating ubiquity. This information permits
the client of the spreadsheet to see each client and their seating, cost paid and bunch. This information gives the client of the spreadsheet an
thought of which clients are returning and faithful.
User Requirements

Personal Data/Contact Info

When buying a season ticket for a sport event where information collection and examination is display, the club that's selling would have to be
collect certain information from clients. This information will incorporate individual and contact points of interest, these may incorporate data
such as first and second name, E-mail address, Phone number, home address and post code. These details ensure that the club can contact the
buyers and talk about certain issues that will happen.
Category

When buying a season ticket, the club will require specific information such as your date of birth and title, this permits the club or seller to
dissect information for certain bunches of individuals such as old age pensioners, high schoolers, pre-teens, family, crippled and grown-ups.
This data permits the club to examine the information and build up what gather is most well-known with the occasion and empower the club
to orchestrate costs appropriately.
Seating

Merchants and clubs offer season tickets at distinctive costs agreeing to seating and position. When clients buy tickets, they require a seating
inclination to set up a last cost for the ticket. This information moreover permits the club to examine what seating goal is most well-known
with clients, permitting for elbowroom in estimating when cost foundation is essential. Information included in this category will permit clubs
to create beyond any doubt that seating isn’t overflown which the seating is satisfactory for the client base.
Sales

A spreadsheet containing season ticket information will incorporate a page that permits customer to see clients: seating, cost point paid, age
gather and ticket sort. This information permits the club and occasion organizers to keep track of clients and where they are situated.

D1-Justify final design decisions, including:

· How the spreadsheet solution will fulfil the stated purpose and user requirements
· Any constraints to the design.

Design Justification
By providing the end user with a user-friendly source of information and a variety of useful outputs, the spreadsheet I created for planning
documents will satisfy user requirements, such as: on-screen presentations, charts, and printed documents. To make it easier to move around
the spreadsheet, the plans use buttons. This was selected to facilitate spreadsheet navigation.
The personal information of customers who have purchased season tickets, for example, will be displayed in the spreadsheet, providing useful
information like full name, postal code, email, and phone number This lets the end user see the customer's full home address and contact
information in case they need to get in touch with the customer. It also makes it easy for the user to get in touch with the person who owns
the ticket if they have problems with where they want to sit or how they behave at the event.
Information about the category of customers can be found on a separate page. For instance: Age group and title (Adult, Child, OAP): This data
enables the end user to analyse popularity in seating preference and adjust pricing accordingly. Additionally, it enables the end user to add
totals for each individual group when totals are required on another page.
Extra explanation (Included on a separate page lies details about the customers category. For example: Age group and title (Adult, Child, OAP)
this data allows the end user to analyse popularity in seating preference and adjust pricing accordingly, as well as add totals up for each
individual group when total is needed on another page.)

Design Constraints
Human Error
The spreadsheet's design is constrained by a number of factors. Any size or shape is possible. Here are a few examples of design constraints.
Human error constitutes one limitation. The user who enters the raw data into a spreadsheet needs to be extremely precise. It could have a lot
of negative effects on calculations and/or the accuracy of the output if the creator makes a mistake with the input.
Data corruption
The design process for a spreadsheet is significantly impacted by data corruption and loss. If the spreadsheet's creator doesn't back up their
work in progress or store it in a safe place, the spreadsheet could be lost in the event of data corruption or loss, which would prolong the
creation process and make analysis take longer.
Software
If the user of the device intended to create the spreadsheet does not have the appropriate software installed on their device, then the
spreadsheet may either not be made at all or not be edited with the most recent data, limiting the design process and potentially extending
the development phase. Spreadsheet editing software is required in order to create a spreadsheet.
Money
When it comes to making a spreadsheet, money is a big problem. If this path is taken, money is used to pay the creator, and the spreadsheet
may cost more to create than anticipated, exceeding the client's budget, depending on the creator's fee and the amount of time spent on it.
Software (part 2)
There are many different kinds of spreadsheet-creating and editing software: Excel or software that is open-source Excel would provide a good
number of the features needed to create a spreadsheet that looks professional, but it would likely cost a lot to install or rent the service
needed to access the software. Open-source software could save a lot of money, but it could also prevent the creator from making a
spreadsheet that looks good and has all the right features. However, if the price of Excel exceeds the client's budget, open-source software is
the only other way to make a spreadsheet.
Skill/Ability
When making spreadsheets, a lot depends on the creator's ability and skill. The design would not have the depth that was originally planned if
the developer of the aforementioned spreadsheet lacked the skills and knowledge to create it with all the features that the client desires.
Time
The process of creating a spreadsheet takes time and can put pressure on the creator to complete it by a certain date. The process of creating
a spreadsheet, whether internally or externally, necessitates time. If a deadline is to be met, the creator would be put under pressure, which
could result in errors or a lack of depth.
To target this review, I increased the size of all my pictures and got better screen shots and re-evaluated
my work to see any needed and unnecessary information and got rid of the ones I deem unnecessary
Tools and technique
Data validation: Used to set a restriction on what users can put into cell
Macro: macro is used to do repetitive tasks that would be to boring Todo manually
Index: Holds extra information about the ticket
If statement: used to compare logical comparisons between two values
chart: used to display Numeric information in a visually pleasing form
Cell formatting: Allows u to ulta the way cell data is presented in a spreadsheet
Output Data About season ticket Holder
1. Ticket Holder Name
2. Ticket Number
3. Date of Purchase
4. Type of Ticket (Kid, Adult, Concession.)
5. Price Paid
7. Contact Information (e.g. Email Address, Phone Number)
8. Additional Notes (e.g. Special Requests, Seating Preference)
The input data about club season ticket holder
-Name
-Address
-Phone number
-Email address
-Date of birth
-Ticket type (season, single game, etc.)
-Number of tickets purchased
-Seating section and row number(s)

Tools and technique

Calculation: Calculation will be used to calculate the grand total
Graph: A graph is a visual representation of data that uses a coordinate system to plot points and lines. It is used to display
relationships between two or more variables. This has been used to crate A graph that would compare the number of
successful tickets to the amount that was not and to create a Chart that show the total amount of money that was made
and compares it to the amount of money each ticket made

IF statement: An IF statement is a type of control flow statement that allows a program to make decisions based on
certain conditions. It is used to check if a condition is true or false, and then execute a block of code depending on the
result. This has been used for seating allocation has if the user doesn't put in a seat, it gives them a random seat and if the
customer puts in a seat that is taken it displays an error message
How data is Inputted and outputted in excel
Inputting Data: Excel allows users to input data into the spreadsheet in various ways. This includes manually entering data
into cells, importing data from external sources such as databases or text files, or using formulas to generate data.

Storing Data: Once the data is inputted into the spreadsheet, it can be stored in the cells for future use. This allows users
to easily access and manipulate the data as needed.

Manipulating Data: Excel provides a variety of tools for manipulating data. This includes sorting and filtering data, creating
charts and graphs, performing calculations on the data, and more.

Analysing Data: Excel also provides powerful tools for analysing data. This includes using formulas to calculate statistics
such as averages and standard deviations, creating pivot tables to summarize large amounts of data quickly, and using
conditional formatting to highlight important trends or patterns in the data.

Outputting Data: Finally, Excel allows users to output their results in various ways. This includes exporting the results to
other programs such as Word or PowerPoint, printing out reports or charts, or saving the results as a PDF file.
Switch Board

Switch Board is a place that holds all the buttons with no information but just used to navigate you from
spreadsheet to. This is the first place the customer comes and the access every other spreadsheet through
this page. This is also the only place that allows you to access the index

Worksheet structure diagram

Alternative Design 1

The point of this design was for the menu to be the centre point so it would be the first thing the customers see, and they
would be able to access all the other spreadsheet through it. Ticket holder detail would hold all the detail about the ticket
holder in one play making all the needed data easy to access. Additional data hold all the extra data that would be
required like name, address and ticket allocation this is so u can see all the information about the ticket holder and how u
can contact them
Alternative Design 2
The changes that were made from alternative design was changing the positing of my menu and adding an index page.
The resume for adding an index page is case it holds the price of very ticket. I also changed the positing of my menu has I
want the menu to be the first thing the customer see's after the index has it's an introduction to the spreadsheet has it’s
the only page that holds information about the company like name and logo and now all spreadsheets will also have
buttons that allows them to go from spreadsheet to spreadsheet so every spreadsheet can be accessed no matter what
spreadsheet you're on

Index
Index shows additional data such has ticket type and price of each ticket

Menu
Original Design
This is the original design for my menu. I was going for a very simplistic and easy to follow format that wouldn't have a lot
of things to distract you but a later decided that it was to dual and lazy and was not done to an acceptable standard

Final design
This is my final Design, and I went with this design has I thought that it tackled all the problems with my last design has an
added more colours and shapes to make the design stad out more making more interesting to look a I also got rid of the
arrows has I thought they was a unnecessary feature but I kept the buttons has I thought they would be a fast way to
allows thee users to go from worksheets to work sheet has they would all be accessible in one place so u don’t have to
look for multiple worksheet instead u just have to have this one and u can access the other ones. All work page has a
button that allows the user to go from on work sheet to another

Worksheet 2
Original design
This the original design for the graph this design was changed has I felt like it was too dual and had an underwhelming
design and I felt like the boxes where to cramp together so I wanted to remake it and give it more colour and batter
spacing so it looks less cramped One constraint that made me change my decision was the fact that it did not contain
all the required information that had to be added

Final Design
This is the final design I went for this design has I thought that it was more colourful and was less cramped so the design
would be more pleasing to the eyes and easier to focus on. I also added buttons to the bottom of the deign to link this
spreadsheet to my other ones so u would be able to easily switch from this spreadsheet to another one with little effort
bettering its usability. This design is more detailed has it also shows you the equation to do the second Graph which
means that I would know be covering but reequipment for worksheet 2. the red is used to shows what would be an
Output
RED=Output
Calculation = Price of ticket*Number bought

Job of Worksheet 2
The job of Worksheet 2 is to calculate the total of successful and unsuccessful tickets and the grand total that was made
then to present that data on a graph
Worksheet 3
Ticket Holder Detail
Original design

This is the original Design for Ticket Holder Detail, but i decided to change it because I thought that it was to plane and did
not have enough information and I didn’t talk about what features was going to be used and what would be the output
and input
Final design

This is the final design for Ticket holder detail this design was picked over the other one has I thought the other one was to
plane and needed more colour, so I made it blue and purple, and I also added more rows has I was missing some of the
needed information. I also marked everything that would be an output in red and left the input in white to that u could tell
them apart. I made a little index that explains how features would be used in the spreadsheet Example of a Completed
Table. This Worksheet also talks about multiple tools and technique that would be used to store data (IF statement, data
validation, input and output)
Output = Red

Example Of a completed one

Final design
This is the final Design for my ticket holder detail. I changed it to excel has it thought it displayed a better example of how the completed design should look
has this has extra features like drop down boxes for and an error message that displays when you pick an option that is not in the drop-down box
Requirement
The requirement for ticket holder is to make a spreadsheet that contains all the necessary information
about the ticket holder that the club would need to know this is done to help the club manage the
information about their customers in an easy and fast manner. A Requirement is to think about the
Features of the spreadsheet like the input and output and what processing or calculation is required like Data
validation which is a process used to check that the data being stored or processed is accurate, complete, and
valid

Alternative design
Why was this design not chosen
The Main reason this design was not chosen was due to the advice I got from me pears has a lot said that the design was
too complicated and hard to follow so I decided to change my software tool from excel to word to make a more easy to
use and understand able format the decision was made has I thought that the old design would be too hard for someone
to understand and went with a more clean and simplistic choice to make it easier for the client. Another reason that this
design was not picked was do the constraint which was the amount of time I had has this project was to detail and
would have taken too long to fully finish

The main plan of this design was to make a super highly detailed design on excel with arrows that would indicate where
things where meant to go but I decided to trash this idea has I thought that they were to many arrows and the arrows
where all squashed together and it was hard to tell where they started and where they ended so I decided to reduce the
use of arrows has can see in my first menu design has they were still arrows but less than this design then I decided to
trash the used of arrows has I thought that was unneeded and unnecessary and would just make people confused
