TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Validity:
This Offer is Valid for 7 Days from the date of the offer for your acceptance and placement of firm order.
2. GST:
GST will be charged extra at actual, presently at 18%. However, any revision in govt. Taxes or GST will be charged extra at
actual as on date of dispatch.
3. Price:
The above price quoted is Ex-Works. Erection charges would be charged extra However, the same willbe provided
to you on receipt of your query.
4. Transportation:
Transportation Charges as per actual.
5. Erection & Commissioning:

Required tools, tackles, Hydra/ Crane, Civil & all related works will be borne by you, staging & foundation will beat
your scope. The designs will be provided by us after receipt of the clear techno-commercial order from you before
dispatch of the machine. Further, to & fro charges along with Fooding & lodging of the supervisor will be borne by
you.
6. Payment:
100% advance against Proforma invoice.
Delivery:
We can dispatch the material within 1 – 2 weeks on receipt of confirmed techno commercial order, subject to prior
sale.
7. Un Loading:
Un-loading will be on your scope.
8. Order Cancellation:
We shall forfeit 5% of the order basic value as the firm orders cancellation charges for any standard machine
within a week from the receipt of PO.
Warranty:  12 months from the date of commissioning the machine or 13 months from the date of supply
whichever is earlier.
 Warranty is purely for the manufacturing defects and problem caused due to wrong workmanship if any.
 The repair and replacement of the defect items / machine is in sole discretion / decision of Innomac.
 The warranty not applicable for the non-function of the machine / damage of the machines due to the normal
wear and tear of the parts, for the consumables, any accidents, and wrong operations, failures due to poor or
Improper or irregular preventive maintenance of the equipment’s as per OEM instructions.
 The consumable oils, filters, rubber components and electrical components are not covered in the warranty
scope.
