    Dear Parents,

    Sub: Christmas Concert – Transportation for Walking Students


    Grades 1 to 10.

    Kindly note that transportation has been arranged for walking students from the
    School to the Auditorium (Sri Shanmukhananda, Fine Arts & Sangeetha Sabha,
    292, Comrade Harbanslal Marg, Sion (East) Mumbai – 400 022) and back on
    Friday, 15th December 2023 and Tuesday, 19th December 2023 on payment basis.

    An amount of ₹ 400/- (in cash) will be collected for both days (Friday, 15th
    December 2023 both ways & Tuesday, 19th December 2023 one way drop to
    the venue only) from Wednesday, 6th December 2023 to Monday, 11th
    December 2023. You are requested to send the exact change along with duly
    filled-up reply slip given below, in an envelope.
    Students from Grades 1 to 4 will handover the envelope to their respective class
    teachers, whereas, students from Grades 5 to 10 will hand over the envelope to the
    Transport Manager between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. near the canteen area.
    1. Late payment will not be permitted.
    2. Students who do not pay on the above-mentioned dates WILL NOT BE
    ALLOWED to avail the transport facility and parents will have to make
    arrangements for their ward’s pickup and drop to the venue.
    3. Please note that last minute changes will not be entertained.
    4. Attendance is compulsory.
