    CIRCULAR FOR VERIFYING STUDENT DETAILS FOR BOARD EXAMS 2023 - 24

    Dear Parent,

    As the process of submission of List of candidates (board forms) for class X has been started, you are requested to
    kindly cross check the students details given at the time of registration in class IX. The fields that need to be checked
    by the parent are mentioned below. Any change in s.no 1, 2, 3 & 4 will not be considered as the same has been
    registered with CBSE already. However spelling/typing errors can be considered after verifying from the school
    records

    1. Student Name
    2. Mother Name
    3. Father Name
    4. Date of Birth
    5. Gender
    6. Category (Gen/SC/ST/OBC)
    7. PWD – Persons with Disability
    8. Subjects taken by student in class X
    9. Medium of all subjects will be English except Hindi & Sanskrit
    10. Annual Income
    11. Minority Section
    12. Only child of Parents
    13. Direct Admission of Student in class X
    14. Admission Number and date of admission.
    15. Migration certificate (optional & fee applicable)

    Board Exam Fee Details :

    Subjects Amount
    First 05 main subjects Rs. 1500- to be paid by all students.
    *Additional Subject Rs. 300/- to be paid by students who have opted for Sixth subject.
    *Migration Certificate Rs.350/- to be paid by those who want to change their board after class X.
    *Fee for additional subject & Migration certificate will be added in addition to fee for first 05 subjects. (Only
    for those who have applied).

    It is hereby informed that the above said amount will be auto calculated on the basis of subjects chosen by
    the students which will be charged in the month of September 2023 and would be remitted to CBSE.

    In order to complete the LOC process on time, Parents are requested to obtain NOC from accounts before
    proceeding for verification of student details. You are also requested to submit the board exam fee on or
    before 10th Sept’23 via Jodo link / Skolaro / Cheque (in favour of Manav Rachna International School
    Collection Account.
    Both the parents are requested to come to School and meet the respective Class Teacher on the following
    dates for verifying the student details.
