    Methodologies, techniques and student’s activities
    Asking and answering/ Communicative language teaching/ Listening / Singing
    Warm up (5 min)Greet the pupils, take the absences. Ask pupils How are you?
    Brainstorming:(10min)Pupils` books closed. Hang the posters on the board. Ask for pupils` attention by asking
    what do you see in each poster. Revising the vocabulary of the previous lesson,school items. Invite all pupils to talk.
    Use Albanian Language if necessary. Asking and answering in English.
    Role play (5 min) Explain pupils that they have to make a short dialogue using the school items, numbers and
    colors. Make the first dialogue by myself so it will be easier to them. Using the flashcards, name the family members
    Workbook activity(10 min) Open the workbooks, explain pupils what they have to do.
    Pupils take time to complete it and then self check.
    Extra work with photocopiable paper sheet to reinforce the vocabulary(5 min) Group work
    Now I can (5 min): Students list what they can do after the 45 min class.
     Reinforce vocabulary by completing exercises
     Color the pictures,
     Match the pictures to the words.
     Join the dots
     Sing the song
    Evaluation:
    a. Exercises on speaking and reading
    b. Rubrics will be used
    Students will be assessed on their ability and performance to:
     Identify the information and new words (level 2)
     Join the dots (level 3)
