INTRODUCTION
I have been analyzing the behavior of young adults of this generation and I have
noticed that most of them care more about what they eat.

The trends to consume healthier foods and maintain a healthy life continue to
grow, this is due to the impact that social networks have on human beings, we
care more about our health, since thanks to the ease of social networks and
media We can learn, see, read and know more about how important it is to eat
well.
EAT WELL
We all know that eating well and in a healthy and balanced way gives you a
greater chance of not being tired, having much more energy, resting better,
avoiding health problems, and many more benefits.
HOW FOOD EVOLVES
Diet evolves over time, and is influenced by many socioeconomic factors that
interact in a complex way and determine personal dietary patterns. Among these
factors, it is worth mentioning income, food prices (which will affect the
availability and affordability of healthy foods), thanks to this, Colombia has seen a
great and favorable impact on the rise of processed products, high in sugars. and
saturated fats, which makes it much more economical to buy a banana, which is
healthier than a soft drink or snack.
Why People Are Eating Healthier Now Than Before

In recent years, there has been a noticeable shift towards healthier eating habits
among individuals compared to previous decades. This trend can be attributed to
several factors, each contributing to a greater awareness and prioritization of
health and well-being.

First and foremost, there has been a significant increase in access to information
