In submitting this manuscript (the “Work”) to the Journal published by JIPK, I hereby warrant, on behalf

1. I am authorized by my co-authors to enter into these arrangements;
2. I am/we are the sole author(s) of the Work and have full authority to enter into this agreement and
in granting rights to JIPK are not in breach of any other obligation;
3. the Work is original, has not been formally published in any other peer-reviewed journal, is not
under consideration by any other journal and does not infringe any existing copyright or any other
third-party rights;
4. we accept that the editor’s decision to publish or reject our Work shall be final, that the editor is
under no obligation to provide any reasons for rejection, and that we shall have no claim against
the editor, title owner or publisher resulting from any real or perceived loss as result of a rejection;
5. all listed authors have contributed significantly to the Work and preparation of the Work and they
have seen and approved the content, authorship and affiliations, and order of author

galley change fees (GCFs) when we, the author(s), introduce new changes to the text after the
type setting of an article. We also accept that only one invoice shall be issued per article (no
splitting of invoices) in order to expedite publication of the article and keep costs to a minimum.
