Industry: Free Choice
As part of your HRM studies, you are assigned to work in groups and act as HR consultants.
Each group is free to choose any industry of their preference. Your objective is to design and
formulate various HRM processes, including Recruitment, Selection, Training, Development,
Performance Appraisals, Reward Systems, and Compensation Plans, within the context of your
chosen industry. Additionally, identify emerging issues and trends in HRM processes globally,
tailoring your insights to the specifics of the selected industry.
Instructions
Recruitment:
Develop a recruitment strategy that suits the talent needs of your chosen industry.
Propose innovative methods to attract and retain top talent.
Selection:
Design a selection process that aligns candidates with the unique requirements of the chosen
industry.
Implement assessment tools tailored to the skills and competencies crucial for success in your
industry.
Training and Development:
Formulate a training and development program to enhance both technical and soft skills
relevant to your industry.
Consider the global context and integrate a mindset that prepares employees for cross-cultural

Performance Appraisals:
