SYK1/K2 Series Automatic transfer switch is suitable for rated voltage 690V, rated frequency 50/60HZ,
rated voltage 440V and below, rated current of 16A-4000A, the main power supply system for power supply,
mainly used between in the two powers in the emergency case of the power supply system , in order to make
Automatic Transfer Switch sure the main load of emergency lighting, emergency elevator, lampblack machine to keep continuous and
reliable work. It would be widely used for providing uninterrupted and normal power supply for high-rise
buildings, hospitals, banks, highways, railways, etc..

II. Products Characteristics
Good installation performance.

Using the double composite contact, horizontal structure, micro motor pre storage and micro control
technology,which basically realize the zero flying fox (no arc shield)
The reliable mechanical interlocking and electrical interlocks make a higher security.
Zero crossing technique, in case of emergency, which can be forced the ATS stop at the zero position

I.Introduction
SYKZ-F Automatic Transfer SYKZ-F Automatic transfer switch intelligent controller use the microprocessor as its core, could accurately detect
the two phase three phases voltage. It could make accurate judgement on the abnormal voltage(decompression, over-
voltage, under-voltage , phase loss), then control the ATS after a certain time delay. When there is something wrong with
Switch Intelligent Controller one of the power it could send a signal to start the generator.
II. Products Characteristics

The controller can detect two phase three-phase voltage (both could be two main power supply or two generate
electricity ,also one main power and one generate electricity) to test and control ATS . Its performance characteristics
are as follows;
■ It realizes the computer programming control, which can use computer to manage the ATS change to priority,
generator stopping delay, fixed voltage, etc. When use the computer programming,you must open the front panel of the
controller and then use the SG72 interface module (USB to LINK), program through the PC testing software ( the
operation of the computer software please refer to the SYKZ-F testing software introduction )
■ The power come from the I road, II road,A phase ,N phase.
■ The normal delay time of the I road or II road could be set from 0~60 seconds , and the generator as same .
■ The abnormal delay time of the I road or II road could be set from 0~60 seconds , and the generator as same
■Use the panel button to set the functions of 'I road priority(I road automatic change and recover)','Automatic/Manual','no
priority(automatic change manual recover)','II road priority(II road automatic change and recover)', to make sure the
power supply I road priority,II road priority, no priority and the device maintenance.
■ Two roads of N line design separately
■Design the forced disjunction input port, when the input is valid , it could forced the ATS to disjunction position.
■ The LED lights on the panel could clearly show the working status of ATS.
■ Set the double power supply conversion circuits which is needed by the ATS, and its output LO,NO(5A 250V AC) can
be used directly as the ATS working power supply.
■ The output contact capacity of the generator set power-on relay (GENS START) is 7A 28VDC, and the passive
constant contact port.
■ With strong electromagnetic interference ability, suitable for the use in the complex environment of strong
electromagnetic interference;
■ Modular structural equipment, fire-retardant ABS plastic shell, plug-and-pull terminals, small size, compact structure,
installation and maintenance is very convenient.

Closing time: 5 seconds, if the switching signal is detected in the process of effective , then immediately disconnect.

controller panel on the potentiometer adjustment).
Generator Set Downtime delay: I road after the normal confirmation, delay start (0-60) seconds (only through the
controller panel on Potentiometer adjustment or PC adjustment).

This product is a new generation of the use of the instantaneous of the PC level ATS , compared with the
traditional motor-driven modem , it has the advantage of simple structure, fast conversion speed (less than 80ms),
and use the main contact system of the single pole double throw(V) structure.which could not lead to the two power
supply connected at the same time ,even if in the emergency situation.

VI. Manual operation methods and Precautions

SYD1 series electromagnetic automatic transfer switch electric operation under the 85%Ue~110%Ue could
guarantee the normal conversion . But for the manual operation due to the strength and speed differences, it can not
be sure. Take the use of the manual operation may lead to the situations of silver contact consumption, welding and
so on. Therefore the manual operation can be performed in the following conditions( note the closing position Flying Arc Distance
instruction):

■When A power supply, the auxiliary contact point a1, a2 closed, b1, b2 disconnection;
■When B power supply, auxiliary contact point a1, a2 disconnect, b1, b2 closed;
■ a3, a4 for the regular close contact, b3, b4 as often open contact, when the user uses the generator power
supply mode, could control the generators to start or stop according to the generator start-up mode, the maximum
capacity is 220V,5A. Users can also control other devices as needed.

5.1.1 Structure
The residual current operated circuit breaker consists of a DZ47LE-125
moulded case circuit breaker and a residual current release device. DZ47LE-
SYCM1 Series
125 is mainly composed of insulation shell, operating mechanism, static and
dynamic contact, delay and instantaneous release, arc extinguishing chamber.
The residual current release is mainly composed of zero sequence transformer,
electronic discrimination control circuit, release push rod, test button and so on.
The moulded case circuit breaker is connected with the residual current
release device by a push rod.
5.1.2 Working principle
When the residual current operated circuit breaker handle is pulled to the ON
position, the moving contact is driven by the mechanical mechanism to the
static contact and is in reliable contact with the static contact , the circuit is
connected. When the circuit is overload, the overload current causes the
thermal bimetallic element to bend and push the lever so that the mechanical
locking mechanism is reset, the moving contact rapidly moves away from the
static contact to break circuit. When the circuit is overload, the short circuit
current causes the instantaneous release action, and the iron core push rod
enables the locking mechanical reset to realize the breaking function. When
residual current or electric shock occurs on the circuit, signals produced by the

SYCM1E Series Electronic Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) is suitable for the AC 50HZ(/60HZ), rated
insulation voltage 800V, rated current up to 800A circuit, for infrequent conversion and motor infrequent starting. The
circuit breaker has overload long delay time, short delay time limit, short short time delay setting, short-circuit

instantaneous and under-voltage protection function and residual current protection (optional), which can protect lines
and power equipment from being damaged. The circuit breaker Protection features complete, accurate, so it can
improve the reliability of power supply, avoid unnecessary power outages, and the "Z, B" type control have
communication interfaces, which can be "four remote" to meet the control center and automation system

Intelligent controller is the core component of MCCB, it is used in motor protection or distribution protection.
Measurement, protection, control and communication functions can protect circuit and power equipment from damages like
overload, short circuit and grounding fault.
1.Using MCU micro processing controller, stable and reliable performance: the intelligent controller can supply power,
as long as one pahse is power on, and the current is not less than 20% of its rated value, it can ensure the normal
operation of the protection function;
2.Selectivity coordination has three sections protection: circuit breaker used for B category and other short circuit

I. Scope of application
SYDW45 Series
SYDW45 series intelligent air circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as breaker), it is suitable for distribution network
which is AC 50Hz, rated voltage up to 660V (690V) and below, 630A~6300A rated current. It is used in distribution of
power and protecting circuit from overload, short circuit, undervoltage, single-phase grounding fault hazard. Circuit breaker
Intelligent Air Circuit Breaker with intelligent protection function and precise selective protection can improve the reliability of power supply, avoid
unnecessary power outages. And it has an open communication interface, can carry out the "four remote", in order to meet
requirements of the control center and the automation system. The circuit breaker pulse pressure is 8000V at an altitude of
2000 meters (different altitude correction according to the standard, the maximum is not more than 12000V). This circuit
breaker has no intelligent controller or sensor, can used for identification of the isolator. Identification:
