DISCUSSING
NEW CONCEPT AND Let us define what is interview.
PRACITICING NEW Kindly read.
SKILLS #1 INTERVIEW
This involves two persons interacting largely through a
question- and answer format to achieve the specific
goal. It has most purposive structure- opening, body,
and a closing- asking questions, especially for the
purpose of obtaining information.

An interview is a formal or informal conversation between

two or more people, typically between an interviewer (or
interview panel) and an interviewee.
Interviews can take various forms, such as job interviews,
research interviews, media interviews, informational
interviews, or academic interviews. They may be
conducted face-to-face, over the phone, or through video
conferencing platforms.

Interviews look so easy, right? All one person has to do is

ask questions and the other person will answer. But,
interviewing is much more complicated than it appears.
But don’t worry there are strategies that will you to
become an effective interviewer.

Class, preparation for interviewing is very important. It

requires both a friendly manner and a careful preparation.
Like what I’ve said earlier a formal interview can be
requested through a phone call or face-to- face.
Here are the checklist of the important things you need to
discuss with your interviewee before an interview.

As a good interviewer, you need to be selective with the

questions you have because not all questions are effective
during an interview
And here are the questions that you need to avoid.

And during the interview here are the tips that will guide
you during the interview.
