Clearly this is an issue of mismanagement of the intermediation of the business, when they have a
deficient intermediation it is that they ask for these percentages that are irrational when the financial
costs of this type of operations are known.
The financial costs of operations are not the whims of the recipients, they are defined in the investment
markets for several logical reasons, among which are:
1. The recipient is the one who manages the investment and it pays all the taxes in the receiving
country in the country of receipt. The rates vary between 8.75% and 20.3% (on average, it is
between 14% and 17% of income). That is, income tax in Germany ranges from 37.4% to 47.5%
and all financial costs over 200,000 EUR are added to taxable income. There is no distinction
between German and foreign companies, without prejudice to the tax returns that can be
deducted in the German income tax return and in almost any country of the European
Community.
1. The recipient is legally responsible for the acceptance of funds and is criminally liable for the
origin of funds, whether criminal or non-criminal.
2. If you do a simple mathematical operation, you will see that the market dictates the applicable
ratios by simple business logic:
INVESTMENT: 100,000,000.00 (ONE HUNDRED MILLION EUROS)
TAXES: In the best scenario, the tax base is: 37.4% (minimum)
CALCULATION: For every 100,000,000.00 million, 37,400,000.00 are paid to the German treasury
AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THIS SIMPLE EXERCISE, BASICALLY THE INTERMEDIARIES WOULD EARN MORE
THAN THE BANK, WHICH SIMPLY MAKES IT COMPLETELY ILLEGAL, AND DOES NOT REPRESENT THE
INTERESTS OF OUR BANK.
That said, it is our duty to state that we decline the business presented if the following information is not
provided:
They have already wasted our time, there are not going to be meetings with simple intermediaries, or
with names, we can have a conversation from officer to bank officer.
Best regards.
