WARM TRANSFER

Hi Mr./Mrs. (Customer NAME) How are you doing today?

Great..
Now, before we get into the insurance part (Customer NAME), let me give you some of my details, like
who I am, what I do, and then the plans and benefits that you qualify for… and then you can tell me
what to do next.. . . . . . . Okay?

I am the Senior benefit coordinator and what that means is that I am the decision maker who will help
you identify all of the discounts and programs that YOU qualify for. Also, any plan that we will discuss
today will have a 100% of acceptance ratio and we will offer maximum benefits with minimum possible
premiums… OK

These plans are designed to cover 100% of your burial, cremation, or any other final expenses and are
usually paid out within 24- 48 hours of notification which takes the huge burden off of your family.
Now, as a Senior Benefits coordinator, my job is to ask you some basic questions that will allow me to
determine which plan is best for you. It will save you the headache of having to do all of the research
yourself, All right?
If you don't mind me asking, what made you think of buying this final expense coverage today?

have you ever experienced any close family member or a friend passing and you had to deal with the funeral or
final arrangements?

If YES:

Was it someone close? Oh, I am so sorry to hear that (carry on with the conversation and it’s the best time to
create urgency sympathize with them)

If NO:

I am glad you have not had to deal with that. (Tell a story)
But would it be safe to say that neither of us would want to leave that burden on our families or loved ones. Would
you agree?

Now before we go ahead, let me ask…

>>Are you looking to setup this coverage for yourself only or for a loved one as well<<

Myself – Great, I will be making sure to get you the best exchange of your money today

Loved one as well – Awesome!! I will be making sure to qualify you for an additional spouse discount

NOW There are a few incentive-based discounts that you/they might qualify for that I would like to
review.

1. Have you been a resident in the state of ________ for at least 12 months? –
Awesome!!! Where were you born in btw???
2. Do you currently receive Social Security, Disability, or Veteran Benefits?
How long have you been retired?
3. And lastly, do you use a Traditional Bank or a Credit Union or a DIRECT EXPRESS CARD (5332 or
5115)? Okay,
(Green DOT card, META BANK CARD, Nets-pend Card, CHIME CARD) once you get the card number,
connect the customer with the bank 3-way.

Awesome!!!! You are now getting a discount of almost $15 - $20.. how does this sound to you?

>>As you know these life insurance policies are completely dependent on your age, your health and a
few other factors, so let me ask some basic questions that will help me customize the plan for you.. <<

Now - Before we get in to the information part, I would like to let you know that all personal and
health related information collected today is completely confidential and protected under THE
Federal HIPPA Laws and FEDERAL PRIVACY RULES. With this being said, The information gathered

Congratulation (Customer Name) You have been qualified for 3 plans, Let me go over the benefits
that you will be getting with these plans first and then we can customize the plans as per your need.

1. The plan is guaranteed for the rest of your life

2. Your plan can never be cancelled once we lock your rate in and get you approved

3. Both the Benefit and the Premium stay the same. You don’t have to worry about the payment
going up or the Benefit ever going down

4. They do not require any Physical Exam, no blood testing, and we don’t need to send you to the
doctor for any reason or have a nurse come out to your house.

5. Because this a state regulated program, you will not have to pay for this plan today, we can
wait until the next time you get paid. Do you typically get paid on the 1st, the 3rd or every other
Wednesday?

6. This plan also will work as a savings account that will generate cash value tax free which can be
accessed for any emergencies.

grab your cheque book so we can put the information on the application……

After you have it pulled up - Mr./Mrs./Ms./ _________ I was able to find their routing number. Can
you do me a favor and confirm that I have the correct number?

Great, if you look at the bottom of your checkbook, you’ll see the first 9 digits at the bottom left-

And Mr./Mrs./Ms.____________, the numbers to the right after that would be your account
number, can you verify those for me as well?

Thank you so much for the information and time, I am done with my part and I am going to put this
application to the underwriter for further proceedings, so just hold on for a moment…ok/// make
sure once everything is done, they provide you with your policy number…. With the policy number
you will be able to track your policy online as well. Aright!!!

How to connect to the validator:

Step 1:
