Verified Notice of Change of Address -andVerified Request-Motion COMES NOW, the undersigned petitioner and appellee, Atty. Florentino V. Floro, Jr. (Judge Floro, for brevity), by himself and for himself, as party litigant in the above-entitled case, respectfully states, that: 1. The undersigned Judge Floro, for all legal intents and purposes,

transferred residence, on April 18, 2011, from my former mailing address and residence at 123 Dahlia, Alido, Malolos, Bulacan to the following NEW mailing address and residence at:
Judge Florentino V. Floro, Jr., c/o Benjamin V. Floro, #23 Saluysoy, Meycauayan, 3020 Bulacan, Philippines.

2. That on May 21, 2011, undersigned Judge Floro, received a copy of the May 16, 2011 one page letter of this Court (duly signed by the Clerk of Court, by Ms. Romana F. Gella, Asst. Chief, Judicial Records Division, copy of which is attached as Annex A hereof for reference), addressed to Sps. Mariano P. Blanco, respondents and appellants, and their counsel, requiring them to file

the Appellant's Brief within the period of 45 days under Rule 44, Sec. 7 of the Rules on Civil Procedure or more or less, until about the 2nd week of July, more or less. Until today, July 26, 2011, however, undersigned Judge Floro, has not yet received by mail, any such Appellant's Brief, mandated by the Rules. 3. The undersigned Judge Floro, therefore, for all legal intents and purposes, notified and even requested the Malolos Post Office Postmaster and Mailman on May 9, 2011, to mail, all of undersigned's received by their office mails to his new mailing address, since undersigned transferred, on April 18, 2011, from his former mailing address and residence at 123 Dahlia, Alido, Malolos, Bulacan to the following NEW mailing address at:

3020 Bulacan, Philippines. 4. The undersigned Judge Floro, therefore, for all legal intents and

purposes, hereby requests a) this Honorable Court and/or through its JRD, Ms. Romana F. Gella and/or the pertinent Offices, and b) Sps. Mariano P. Blanco, respondents and appellants, and their counsel, Atty. Donato G. Mabbayad, Jr. and Associates Law Office, to furnish and give undersigned, a copy of the Appellant's Brief, forthwith, so that the undersigned Judge Floro, can file the Appellee's Brief on time. 5. Alternatively, the undersigned Judge Floro, therefore, for all legal intents and purposes, moves for the dismissal of the instant Appeal filed by Sps. Mariano P. Blanco, respondents and appellants, and their counsel, Atty. Donato G. Mabbayad, Jr. and Associates Law Office, if they have not filed the required Appellant's Brief within the reglementary period, as provided by the Revised Rules of Court, and the 2009 Internal Rules of Court (effective February 3, 2010). RELIEF IN THE LIGHT OF THE FOREGOING, it is respectfully prayed that the instant Verified Notice of Change of Address -and- Verified Request-Motion be duly NOTED and GRANTED.

Further, it is respectfully prayed, for all legal intents and purposes, undersigned Judge Floro, be notified of all papers, pleadings, notices, Court Resolutions, Judgments and papers, the following NEW mailing address at:
Judge Florentino V. Floro, Jr., c/o Benjamin V. Floro, #23 Saluysoy, Meycauayan, 3020 Bulacan, Philippines.

Furthermore, the undersigned Judge Floro, therefore, for all legal intents and purposes, hereby requests a) this Honorable Court and/or through its JRD, Ms. Romana F. Gella and/or the pertinent Offices, and b) Sps. Mariano P. Blanco, respondents and appellants, and their counsel, Atty. Donato G. Mabbayad, Jr. and Associates Law Office, to furnish and give undersigned, a copy of the Appellant's Brief, forthwith, so that the undersigned Judge Floro, can file the Appellee's Brief on time.
