Preparing IATF: 16949-2016 Audit Document and Record Works.
Preparing Quality Alert for all parts to Avoid Major Problems in Components.
Preparing corrective measures to avoid in-process rejection.
Planning for Internal Audit as Pre IATF Norms.
Also Follow-up In process Audit, Product Audit, and Layout Inspection for all
Components.
Coordinate team to Achieve Rejection & Rework within Target.
Maintain Documents such as PARETO ANALYSIS for Monthly Rejection, Cost of
Poor Quality Details, SPC (Statistical Process Control) For Critical Dimensions,
MSA (Measurement System Analysis) For both Variable & Attribute Gauges.

Handled development of new profile dies, round dies &tooling as per drawing.
Managed Records for die history card, scrap details, daily tool records for tool
room. Issued cold & hot forging dies to production dept.
Maintain Quality for Third Party Machining Components.
Performing online tenders, Reverse Auctions to make order to Managements.
As Junior Engineer,
Main Responsibility is to Inspection of CNC (Computerized Numerical Control
Machine) & VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Components.
Inspection of regular components to check the product dimensions and
materials (third party lab) to meet the customer quality requirements.
Carrying out hourly inspection of CNC & VMC Components on Production.
Training up the operators regarding special characteristics problem.
Maintaining In-Process Rejection Details.
Trains operators in quality system and procedures in order to Avoid Rejections.
Reports to the Quality Assurance/Quality control Manager about Daily Issues.
Communicate customer complaints all over the factory and provide training to
eliminate the defects and awareness about the severity of the complaint.
Also Following In-house Calibration of Gauges Such as Plug, Snap & Ring Gauges.
Along with Machine Shop Having Knowledge Related to Final Inspection
Followed by PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) Reports
Also Follow-up External Calibrations for Thread Ring & Thread Plug Gauges
Verifying by NABL Lab Certificate (National Accreditation for Testing and
Calibration)
Solving Problems in Line by Using 7-QC Tools.
Ensure Operator Safety in Every Day.
Preparing Corrective Action & Root Cause for Customer Rejection.
