Don't let the low price tag fool you - low-cost printables,

guess what? My business reached to four figures/week
within 2 months. And here's the best part: I managed all of
this while juggling the crazy life of being a busy mom and
having a 9-5.

Depending on the type of digital product you decide to

create, the process can be pretty quick. In just a matter of
hours, you can have your planner, template, or printable all
set and ready to go! It's amazing how fast you can turn your
ideas into reality!

income, my mind was blown, and I
haven't glanced back since. It's like a
breath of fresh air, giving me the
freedom to be the boss of my biz instead
of it bossing me around! And here's the
best part: I can take care of my young
daughter while working from home.

INTRODUCTION
From feeling lost and uncertain about kickstarting your
digital product business to confidently crafting, launching,
and profiting from your very own digital products - that's
what I'm here to help you achieve!

Figuring out your WHY?

Before we dive into helping others, let's get to know you a

bit better.

Your dream product is a mix of what you're great at, what

you love, and what you're passionate about.

Maybe you're a spreadsheet pro, but after two decades

of crunching numbers, you're just not feeling it anymore!
On the flip side, you might adore cake decorating. You
may not have official qualifications, but your cakes steal
the show at every party. Friends and family always ask,
"How do you do it?"

Let’s not think about money at the moment. Focusing

solely on cash won't bring it in, or if it does, it won't stick
around for long because you'll lose interest.

But if you put your energy into something that makes you
excited to talk about every day, you'll draw in people who
genuinely want your product. And that's how you build a
solid, long-term income.

That brings me to my next point...

YOUR WHY
What motivates you to create a product? There is always
a 'WHY', behind our actions and dreams. Take a moment
to write down yours!

NAIL
YOUR
NICHE
Finding your niche is like discovering
the heart and soul of your business.

It's not just about knowing who you

serve and how you can help them; it's
Part 1
about building a genuine connection
with your audience. When you nail
down your niche, your brand becomes a
friend, a confidant, someone who truly
understands and cares about the needs
and desires of your customers.

LET'S TALK ABOUT WHY IT'S

IMPORTANT!

Connect with Your Tribe: Discover and connect with the people
who genuinely resonate with your offerings.

Be One of a Kind: Embrace your uniqueness and stand out as the

go-to choice in your niche.

Speak Their Language: Create a brand that speaks directly to the

hearts and minds of your niche audience.

Get More Bang for Your Buck: Save on marketing costs and reach
the right people for better returns.

Grow Together: Stay adaptable, so you can grow alongside your

audience and meet their evolving needs.
1. ANALIZE

PAY YOU TO DO? DOING?

1. Start with your sweet spot

When I worked in the corporate world, we had this exercise to help
craft development goals. I’ve modified that exercise a tiny bit to
make it applicable here.

Ask yourself three questions:

What are you good at? (talent, skill, knowledge)

What do you enjoy? (passion, avocation, obsession)

Is there a market? (are there others interested in this topic)

Put the answers to each of these questions in a Venn diagram. The

intersection of the three circles is the sweet spot. The sweet will you
identify a niche that’s perfect for you.
SKILL INTERESTS VALUE
Write down your skills, interests and tasks you know are profitable. Are
there any overlaps?

Understand Your Passion and Expertise:

Set aside some time to brainstorm and write down all the things you're passionate
about and knowledgeable in. This could include hobbies you enjoy, subjects you've
studied, skills you've acquired, or experiences you've had.

Notes

Identify Potential Overlaps:

Look at your list of passions and expertise. Are there any potential overlaps or
intersections between these areas? Circle or highlight those intersections, as they
could be fertile ground for innovative product ideas.

GENERATION CHECKLIST:
Reflect on Personal Challenges:

Think about challenges you've faced in your personal or professional life. Is there a
common theme or recurring issue? This might indicate a problem worth solving through
a digital product.

Notes

Consider the Value You Bring:

Write down a list of skills, knowledge, or unique perspectives you possess within your
areas of expertise. These qualities can set the foundation for a valuable digital
product.

Notes
2. MAKE A LIST
Make a list of all the social media accounts that you watch on a
regular basis. This is easy! You might even have your videos saved in
your accounts already.

"Looking at the kinds of accounts you

watch/follow could give you clues as to what
you would like to create content about. When
I look at my Feedly categories, I see a lot of
accounts about creating passive income
sources + digital products. I also
see accounts about Mindset/manifestation,
personal development, and, business."

These are all things that I’m interested in and that I could create
products about.

Some have more potential than others from a business standpoint.

Some, like fitness and nutrition, are topics I’m interested in, but not to
the point of immersing myself on a daily basis.

And that’s something to keep in mind when it comes to finding a niche market
– are you interested enough to stick with it?

Plan Your

LET'S WORK ON PLANNING
YOUR PRODUCT
You know, there's this saying that for
every minute you spend planning, you
save ten minutes during execution.
That's a pretty awesome return on
investment for your time, right? And
trust me, I've experienced firsthand how
Prep 3
planning is like the secret sauce for
making digital products shine.

So, in this module, we're going to unravel the whole process. We'll
learn how to spot trends, explore different types of digital products,
and put together your very own digital product plan.

Now, let's talk about trends. These are like the magic ingredient that
can make or break your digital product. Why? Well, it's simple – we
don't have an endless supply of time and energy. We need to be
smart about how we use what we've got.

When you're crafting a digital product, you want it to sell like

hotcakes, right? Because when it's a hit, not only do you make money
faster, but you also get more time to do what you love – creating! And
that's where trends come in.

Think about trends as the guiding stars in the sky. They tell us where
things are headed. By riding these trends, your digital product can
catch the wave of what's popular and in demand. It's like using a
shortcut to connect with your audience and make a splash.
But here's the cool part:
when your product fits a trend, it's not just about making quick bucks.
It's about making something people really want and need. That's the
secret sauce for a successful product.

Imagine this!
You're not just creating another thing that's nice to have,
you're crafting something that fills a gap in the market or
taps into a burning desire. That's the key to standing out
in the bustling world of digital products.

So, in our journey together, we're going to explore how to identify

these trends, figure out what kind of digital product suits you best,
and map out a plan that brings your creation to life. Remember, every
step we take in planning is like planting seeds of success. It's about
making your digital product journey smoother, smarter, and super
exciting.

Let's jump in and unravel the magic together!

TYPES OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Printables
DIFFICULTY

Printables are a simpler version of templates, but they come with a

twist – they can't be edited in their final form. When a customer buys
a printable, they have the option to print it either at home or at a
print shop.

Templates
DIFFICULTY

Right now, templates are all the rage and they're taking up a big
chunk of the market. They're a breeze to create using tools like
Canva, and the best part is, they're completely customizable.

Written Templates
DIFFICULTY

Templates for writing and content creation are high in demand. While
it might require an investment of time to create them, their value is
substantial, and their practicality is undeniable.

eBooks/Guides
DIFFICULTY

You know what's pretty awesome? eBooks! They're like this golden
opportunity for you to share all your know-how without breaking the
bank. You can create ebooks/guides in digital or printable form.

Courses
DIFFICULTY

Courses usually last around 2 hours or even more, like 8 to 10 hours on

average. Well, the reason they're a bit longer and pricier is that they
dive deep into solving bigger, more detailed problems. That's what
makes them stand out.
TYPES OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Clip Art
DIFFICULTY

Clipart refers to pre-designed images, graphics, or illustrations that

are readily available for use in various projects. These visual elements
cover a wide range of subjects and styles, from simple icons to
intricate designs.

Workshops & Masterclasses

DIFFICULTY

Workshops & masterclasses are interactive learning sessions led by

experts. They provide in-depth insights, practical skills, and hands-on
experience in specific fields.

DIFFICULTY

Mini courses are compact, focused educational modules that offer

concise learning experiences on specific topics, allowing learners to
acquire valuable skills and knowledge quickly and efficiently.

TIP
When you're including recommendations within your digital products,
it's smart to consider adding affiliate links to those suggestions. Not
sure where to start or if those products even have an affiliate
program? Just try Googling “brand affiliate programs,” and you're
likely to uncover what you need. Many brands, especially the bigger
ones, usually offer these programs.

These affiliate links let you earn a commission when your audience
buys the product you recommend. And let's be honest, since you're
the expert endorsing them, chances are your audience will love them
too!

For instance, let's imagine your digital product is all about 'DIY Home
Decor' and you're suggesting specific paint or crafting tools. You can
easily become an affiliate for these products by searching for 'home
decor brand affiliate programs' or exploring options on popular e-
commerce platforms.

Affiliate programs often offer commissions ranging from 5% to 50%.

Just remember to read and understand the terms and conditions
before diving in. It's a win-win: you're guiding your audience to great
products while earning a little something extra!

ANOTHER TIP

Don't let the design process hold you up. Remember, you can tweak
things later down the road. If the technical side of creating your
product seems like a roadblock, you can easily find experts on
platforms like Fiverr or Upwork to help you out. The key here is not to
get stuck in the minor details for weeks. DONE IS BETTER THAN
PERFECT. Trust me, once you get feedback from your first customers,
you'll be making adjustments anyway!
