    client, her motor vehicle duly registered under her name, a Nissan Navara with plate no.
    HAC3750, with Certificate of Registration No. 451755625 issued on July 7, 2022, and
    Official Receipt No. 2235453485 issued on July 7, 2022, is presently under your illegal
    and unlawful possession and custody without my client's knowledge and consent much
    to my client’s damage and prejudice. The said motor vehicle is particularly described as
    follows: (Copy of the ORCR is hereto attached in this letter)

    Consequently, the last and final demand is made upon you and all persons acting on
    your behalf to peacefully surrender, return, and deliver the subject motor vehicle to my
    client’s residential address or to my law office above address within TWENTY-FOUR
    (24) HOURS FROM RECEIPT of this letter. Otherwise, my client shall be compelled,
    with much regret, to institute with dispatch a CRIMINAL CASE FOR VIOLATION OF
    NEW ANTI-CARNAPPING ACT OF 2016 OR (RA 10883) against you and all persons
    under your care to protect her interest.
