Here I was tasked with;

Provide administrative and logistical support and safeguard the office assets in line with
the SACCO policies and procedures

 Write requisition for replacement of depreciated assets


 Prepare local purchase orders for approved purchases of goods and services
 Solicit quotations for pre-qualified suppliers for assorted purchases in the office
Make payments in line with statutory requirements and SACCO financial policy and
budgets

 Prepare payment vouchers, cheques and receipts

 Liaise with bank to receive and deposit money on behave of the SACCO
 Prepares cash flow forecast as guided by the SACCO plans and budget
 Ensure the safe custody of money in line with finance policies and procedures
Generate financial reports and statements and submit them to the chairperson of the
SACCO

 Write up monthly, quarterly and bi-annual financial reports
