    INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Any false information in the application form will lead to Disqualification for Admission
    at any stage.
    2. Application form must be sent through registered mail / courier service before date.

    3. Postal charges, examination fee and allied charges, etc are included in the cost of
    the Prospectus.
    4. Postal address at S.No.6 should not be of any School or College.
    Institution should be informed incase of any change in address.
    5. Late receipt, incomplete applications, the applications of those who are overage / underage
    shall not be entertained.
