The holiday season is here with lots of special activities planned for you. On December 16th be sure to attend our Christmas Pageant in the Chapel to be followed by a reception in SAS. The Boeing Chorus is performing for us. Join us for a Gift Wrapping Social; bring a few gifts to wrap while you listen to Christmas music and share in some Christmas cheer. Get in the holiday spirit with a piano led Christmas sing a long. Create holiday cards and gifts to give. Take a walk in Old Town Saint Charles to experience the Carolers, Characters, Music, and Lights and Fun! Sign up for some cooking classes and enjoy the joy of holiday baking. Fairwinds is singing a selection of Christmas carols. Come to our annual Christmas Cookie event to decorate cookies to take home. The Caring and Sharing Women Ministries is presenting a special Christmas program. Be sure to attend our annual Breakfast with Santa for yummy food and a visit with Santa. Dont miss the New Years Eve social with appetizers in the daytime or a toast with Larry in the evening to usher out the old year as you listen to his music. So come and join the festivities!

Event Description
12/2 Movie Mrs. Miracle A holiday story about the true meaning of Christmas. 12/2 Pageant T-shirts- Make a tie-dye T-shirt to wear in the Christmas Pageant. Please choose the early or late session and then attend your time slot to help us have enough hands on deck. The consumer cost is $3.00. (if the T-shirt cost is a hardship for you please talk to Patty)

12/16 Movie The twelve dogs of Christmas A holiday treat 12/16 Christmas Pageant-The pageant will take place in the chapel. CAST members ( you have been attending rehearsals) should come at 6:30pm to get set up; wear your pageant shirt. AUDIENCE members should arrive in time for the show to start at 7:00PM. We have been working hard and hope to see everyone there. 12/17 Caring and Sharing program This church group is presenting a Christmas program in the Chapel 12/18 Make a gift Make a gift for your friend or family member just in time for Christmas. 12/22 Birthday party Join us for an Eskimo Birthday party. 12/23 Movie Its a Wonderful Life A Christmas tradition! 12/27 Movie InJoin us for a classic holiday movie.

Free Events to attend 12/2 All that Glitters a holiday celebration in downtown Clayton that starts at 6p.m.. The festivities include carolers, carriage rides and roasting chestnuts on an open fire. The event will end with fireworks at 8 p.m.

Remember SAS is offering kits for a monthly project or activity to be done in-home. If you would like to participate in the offered project ask your home manager to contact Angela Curtis to sign up.

All month Stroll along Main street in St. Charles to escape to an old fashioned Christmas with storybook characters and Santas from around the world. Saturdays 11am-9 pm; Sundays 12-5 pm; Wednesday & Fridays 6:30-9p.m.

All month Jewel Box in Forest Park- This December the Jewel box will be filled with poinsettias of many hues. Admission on Monday and Tuesdays before noon is free..
