PERSONAL EDUCATION PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy of teaching is to develop

a relationship with the pupils in which they
will sense that my goal is to instruct them
rather than to punish them. This involves
altering instruction to meet the requirements
of the students, encouraging students to
participate actively, and cultivating
comprehensive growth within the learning
environment. Positive mindset development,
multicultural respect, and love-building in
the teaching field
TAYUG CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

I precisely visited as it required for our

fs2 subject at Tayug Central Elementary
School I do not originate from Tayug.
The teaching and administrative staff,
and pupils at Tayug Central Elementary
School astounded me. I was initially
taken surprise by the enormous amount
of students in this school it is astounding
how effectively they handle their pupils
given how much they teach. However,
what really shocked me was how polite
and respectful the students are here Sir
Ryan had assigned us one at a time to our
rooms or grade levels.
 The Deped logo and other items that
must be included at the top of the lesson
plan should be included in detailed
lesson plans, just like those used by
teachers in public schools.

 The conclusion must to be organic,

straightforward, and uncomplicated it
shouldn't come at the end of the
comprehensive lesson plan.

 Include the lesson plan creator's name at

the conclusion and the lesson plan
checker's name in the last part.
DEMONSTRATIVE TEACHING

Tayug Central Elementary School April 2024

SOME OF LEARNER’S WORK

I observed that the grade 6 Bonifacio

pupils perform better in English since
they make mistakes on basic Filipino
tests. I asked my CT about this since they
claimed that the children's lack of
progress within the two-year modular
class was due to the worldwide
pandemic.
MATERIAL USED

As I teach sixth grade, I used

a PowerPoint presentation
during my demonstration of
teaching since I believed that it
would be more useful for them
than the instructional materials.
I also added some board work
to make my lesson more
effective.
Lesson Plan Reflection
I'm truly grateful for the opportunity to have
learned from Mr. Ryan Emboltorio during my
teaching assistantship. His guidance was
invaluable in shaping my ability to craft
effective lesson plans.

Mr. Ryan wasn't just a mentor; he was a wealth

of knowledge. He shared a multitude of tips and
tricks that I hadn't even considered when it
came to lesson planning. From structuring the
flow of activities to anticipating student needs,
he provided a comprehensive perspective that I
incorporated into my own plans.

Most importantly, Mr. Ryan's feedback was

always constructive. He wouldn't simply point
out flaws; he'd offer suggestions for
improvement, patiently explaining the reasoning
behind them. This not only helped me
strengthen those specific lesson plans, but also
equipped me with the critical thinking skills to
independently evaluate and refine my future
efforts. Thanks to Ryan's mentorship, I feel
confident in my ability to create engaging and
effective lesson plans that will benefit my
students.
Demo Teaching Evidences Reflection

Looking back on my recent teaching

demonstrations in Filipino subject, I can
confidently say it's been an incredibly rewarding
experience. Not only did I learn a lot about
crafting engaging lessons, but it also solidified
my desire to pursue a career in education.

The demonstrations themselves were a

fantastic learning opportunity. Being able to put
theory into practice, develop lesson plans, and
see them come alive in the classroom was
invaluable. The positive feedback I received
from my Grade 6 students was truly
heartwarming. Their enthusiasm and praise for
my teaching style were incredibly motivating.
Knowing that I was able to connect with them
and make learning Filipino enjoyable was a
powerful feeling.

Equally gratifying was the positive evaluation

from my mentor. Their words of encouragement
and recognition of my teaching ability further
fueled my passion for education. It's clear that
teaching is not just a job, it's a chance to make a
real difference in the lives of young learners.
This experience has definitely solidified my
path, and I'm eager to continue developing my
skills and knowledge to become the best
educator I can be.
