The Lameruru’s pit has total width is 17,5 Ha. Divided to 3 layers, which is Overburden, Limonite, and Sapprolite. The elevation of
Overburden layer is 80 -100 masl, Limonite layer 20 – 80 masl, and Sapprolite layer 0 – 20 masl. The distance from pit to efo is ±
500 m.
DETAILS CONDITION STOCKPILE LAMERURU

The Lameruru’s stockpile has 6 areas from area 1 to 6 with total width is 52,16 Ha and maximal capacity is around 60,000 tons. The ongoing
activity at Lameruru’s stockpile is loading of ore from the pit to the stockpile. Stockpile’s Cargo divided to Sapprolite and Limonite.
Sapprolite’s Cargo has a capacity of 10,000 tons, and Limonite’s Cargo has a capacity of 50,000 tons.

CUSTOMER DEMAND
PT Stargate Pasific Resources needs additional units to increase their production to achieve monthly target and yearly
targets. In addition to that, PT Pasific also needs a supports to fullfill ore demand quota from PT IMIP of around 2.500.000
tons / year.

OPPORTUNITY
There are 2 opportunities for PT Tempopress International Delivery to join as a contractor at PT Stargate Pasific Resources:
1. Hauling from Pit to EFO
2. Barging from EFO to Barge

OPERATIONAL ISSUE
The operational issues at PT Stargate Pasific Resources:
1. Pit Molore currently not active, estimated active at 2024
2. Currently there is no radio rig at each unit, No Radio Tower
MANPOWER
1. For the recruitment is handle by each contractors.
2. Contractor salary standards need balanced with other contractors to reduced more issue
3. For all contractors there a weekly meeting for discuss about production
4. For meals, there is canteen that provide day, afternoon, and night meals.
5. For employees PT Stargate Pasific Resources and all contractor employees get Facility following Mess, Meals,
Laundry
6. If we join to PT Stargate Pasific Resources, we plan bring skilled employee like drivers (just in early operation). But,
local employee must be prior.
