In ‘normal work’, people adapt to changing conditions

load. Every time an operator does it, there may be
something different about the situation, such as:

transformation experts. With a multi-disciplinary background
combining scient with hands-on experience, Dr Marcin has helped
companies like bp, Baker Hughes, and Johnson&Johnson transform
safety while pioneering Learning From Normal Work – the new
approach to getting ahead of failure.
Dr Marcin was the only person in the world to chair four of the
most influential Human Factors Industry Working Groups: IOGP,
HPOG, Step Change in Safety, and SPE.
He is the author of both scientific papers and practitioner articles
and the designer of practical guides and tools adopted by industry,
