5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASUREMENT

FLASH POINT : Not flammable

FIRE EXTINGUSING MEDIA

Not expected to burn. Use extinguishing media appropriate for surrounding fire

FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARD

Not flammable or combustible. Contact with reactive metal ( Eq. Alumminium) may result in the generation
of flammable hydrogen gas. May evolve toxic gases or fumes under fire conditions.

SPECIAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING

In case of fire, wear a full face positive-pressure self-contained breathing apparatus and protective suit.

6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURE

PERSONAL PRECAUTIONS
Restrict access to area as appropriate until clean-up operations are complete. Stop or reduce any leaks if it safe
to do so. Ventilate spill ares if possible. Ensure clean-up is conducted by trained personnel only. Do not touch
spill material. Have emergency equipment ( for fire, spills, leaks, etc.) readily available. Notify appropriate
government, occupational health and safety and environmental authorities.

METHODS FOR CLEANING UP

SMALL SPILLS: Soak up spill with absorbent material. Place residues in suitable, covered, properly labeled
container. Wash affected area.

LARGE SPILL : Contain liquid using absorbent material, by digging trenches or by diking. Reclaim into
recovery or salvage drums or tank truck for proper disposal. Clean contaminated surfaces with water or
aqueous cleaning agents. Contact an approved waste hauler for disposal of contaminated recovered material.

LAND SPILL
Keep public and other shipping traffic away

ENVIRONMENTAL PROCAUTIONS
Harmful to aquatic organisms. Do not contaminated surface water.

7. STORAGE AND HANDLING

HANDLING:
Do not get in eyes, on skin ,on clothing. Do not take internally. Use with adequate ventilation.

General ventilation is recommended. Use local exhaust ventilation if necessary to control airborne mist and
vapor

8.2 Respiratory Protection:

If significant mists, vapor or aerosol are generated and approved respirator is recommended. An organic
vapor cartridge with dust/mist pre-filter or supplied air may be used. In event emergency or planned entry
into unknown concentration a positive pressure, full face piece SCBA should be used.
If respiratory protection is required, institute a complete respiratory protection program including
selection, fit, testing , training, maintenance and inspection.

8.3 Hand Protection

PVC gloves, nitrile gloves, neoprene gloves, rubber gloves

8.4 Skin Protection

Wear chemical resistant apron, chemical splash goggles, impervious gloves and boots. A full slicker suit is
recommended if gross exposure is possible
