    LK- ASFL SERIES textile finishing fluids contains reactive and non-reactive amino modified
    silicones that give excellent elastic properties, bounce and excellent softness with durability
    and novel handle. In order to meet the standards of textile-related certification labels, LK-
    ASFL SERIES contains each D4, D5 and D6 content less than 1000 ppm.

    Why LK-ASFL SERIES

    The LK- ASFL SERIES amino silicone fluid can be used for the soft finishing of different kinds of
    fabric. It will make the fabric touch smooth and silk-like. The reason behind that is the amino
    silicone micro emulsion is transparent & stable. Due to it’s small particle size, it can penetrate
    into the fiber gap and distribute evenly on the surface of the fiber. The addition of silicon-
    containing polymers to polyester and other chemical fibers can significantly increase the soft
    hand feel of the fibers and make the fibers fluffy and bouncy. It also offers feather-like
    softness and smoothness and makes the fiber durable, smooth, elastic, and it can reduce or
    avoid the yellowing caused by amino silicone fluid. For natural fiber finishing, it can give the
    fiber a fluffy, soft & increases durability and no easy to fall off when washing. For processing
    high-speed sewing thread, it can reduce the friction of coefficient for high-speed sewing, and
    increase the high-temperature stability of sewing thread.

    APPLICATIONS

     LK-ASFL SERIES fluids can be easily converted into micro & macro emulsions by using
    non-ionic emulsifiers.
     These emulsions can be used in textiles and leather to generate an elastomeric feel,
    soft handle, suppleness, and silky finish that is capable of withstanding repeated
    washing cycles.
     They are especially useful for sarees, suits, and all kinds of fabrics like cotton,
    viscose, polyester, cotton/viscose blends, etc. to impart softness, bounce, and body
    to the fabric.
     The choice of fluid depends on the type, degree of softness, and finish required.
