We visited several plotted development


properties all over Bengaluru. Either
they were overpriced, or the sales people
were not professional or there were legal
issues. We chanced upon the Sanctuary
while we were visiting another nearby gated
community. We were extremely impressed by the
attitude of the marketing and sales team and their
openness.
The Sanctuary is well planned and has an upcom-
ing clubhouse and other amenities.
There are good schools close by and PRR (if and
when it comes) is just around 2 Kms from the
property. While the legal
verification was on, Covid 2nd wave hit us, but the
team was patient and always heard our problems.
They never pushed
us. Finally we bought and registered the property.
The price was fair and it is good value for money.
The registration process was smooth and exceeded
my expectations. People have already started
building houses and we are planning to build our
home now. Thanks Classic
