    AFFIDAVIT OF ADVERSE CLAIM

    I, WILLIE O. LACSON, of legal age, American citizen, married, with


    residence at 408 Ireneo Payaban Drive, Kaybagal Central, Tagaytay City,
    subscribing under oath, state that:

    (1) I am one of the heirs of Feliciano N. Lacson and Purification O. Lacson,


    who died on June 17, 1997 & April 13, 2007. Attached are the copies of the
    Certification of Death as Annex “A” and Annex “B” and made integral part
    hereof;

    (2) I and Jose Jupper Oracion Lacson are siblings and my brother
    unfortunately died on March 29, 2021, attached here is the Report of Death as
    Annex “C” and made integral part hereof;

    (3) The property involved was Transfer Certificate of Title No. 66816 and
    the declared owners are may late parents Feliciano N. Lacson and Purification O.
    Lacson, attached is a copy of the TCT No. 66816 as Annex “D” and made integral
    part hereof;

    (4) Sometimes on March 2024, I found out the transfer of the above-
    mentioned property to Catrina Buenavente Lacson my sister-in law. I was shock and
    dismay. Because the property was owned by may late parents.

    (5) The issuance of new Transfer of Certificate Title No. 010-2023002266


    under the name of Catrina Buenavente Lacson was done without my knowledge
    and consent, attached is a copy of the TCT 010-2023002266 as Annex “E” and
    made integral part hereof;

    (6) I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of all the foregoing
    and for all legal intents and purposes this may serve.
