    Dear Nick Maduros,

    I am writing this as my last attempt at settling the amount that your corporation says is
    owed by CASSANDRA GRACE CHATHAM dba PIPEDREAMS, Account # .
    In the last 6 months I have sent the CDFTA a Conditional Acceptance Letter which was
    never responded to with anything approaching an answer to my conditions.Additionally I have
    sent CDFTA a Debt Validation request, as I am not sure what data was used to arrive at the
    amount CDTFA is asking for, which also has not been answered.
    I even sent CDTFA a payment coupon authorizing CDTFA to access the Social Security
    Trust Account, of which I am the beneficiary, by sending said coupon to the IRS for payment or
    settlement of the debt in question, and CDFTA did not use said coupon for payment even
    though it was and is a legally viable way for CDTFA to recoup the debt I supposedly owe. This
    means I gave CDTFA a valid form of payment for debt attached to Account # , and my
    payment was refused,legally invalidating the debt. Once a payment attempt is made and then
    refused it negates the debt, as the debtor attempted to settle the debt and the creditor refused
    the settlement.
    Ahead of the upcoming hearing date set for this matter, I am attempting one last time,
    though legally it is not required of me, to make a payment to CDTFA to settle any amount owed
    by Account # . The coupon/voucher i have included with this correspondence gives
    you permission to act as a Trustee to my Social Security Trust Account for the purpose of
    settling the supposed debt owed to the CDTFA by Account # . There will be no more
    attempts to settle the debt after this letter.
    Please within three (3) days of receiving this letter send a response to the address at the
    top of this page to let me know you have received and accepted my attempt to settle this matter.
    If I receive no response within the timeframe then I will assume you did not accept my payment
    and I will consider this matter closed, as I have gone above and beyond the legal requirements
    for attempting to settle this unvalidated debt with the CDTFA.
