refundable if the cancellation is not communicated within 48
hours of payment through email to info@syndicate.com.co. In
situations involving visa rejection, appointment delay, or
appointment cancellation, whether initiated by the embassy or
the applicant, refunds will not be granted for the service
charge, embassy payment/appointment fee, and other related
bookings (such as dummy hotel reservations, flights, and travel
insurance).Once the service charge is paid, it can only be
utilized for a single instance and cannot be employed for
changing or modifying the selected country within 48 hours
after payment. Additionally, retaining any service after
payment is non-refundable in the event of a refund request
from the applicant after 48 hours of payment.
It is crucial to understand that the embassy holds the sole
authority to approve or reject a visa application. Any interference
or alteration in their decision does not influence the
determination made by Global Visa Online. Appeals following
visa rejection are not permissible through Global Visa Online.
In cases where cash payments are received from the customer, a

refund will be initiated to the account number corresponding to
the customer's name on the invoice.
