PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
POLYFLOOR PU CONCRETE PFT-613-3K MF WB is water based polyurethane concrete flooring system, which has good
compressive strength, abrasion resistant, chemical resistant and temperature resistant. It has anti-microbial property which
inhibits the growth of bacteria, fungi and moulds. Can be applied for 3 - 5 mm dry film thickness.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE
Surface Preparation
Compressive strength of concrete floor not less than 25 N/mm2 in more than 28 days. Moisture content should be less than 5%
and the surface temperature must be at least 3oC above current dew temperature. Remove oil contaminants using industrial
grade detergent or degreasing compound as chemical cleaning and mechanical cleaning.
Application Procedure

Patching Polyfloor mortar PFM-222-3K SF. Mix well component A and B 22 kg-set /m2/cm ± 8 hrs (300C)
: using mixer ± 1 minutes. Pour the component C while stirring,
mix slowly ± 1 minutes and apply with metal trowel. Mixing
ratio component A : B : C = 3 : 2 : 35 by weight
Sealer : Polyfloor sealer PFP-231-2K WB. Mix well using mixer ± 2 0.20 kg-set /m2 ± 8 hrs (300C)
minutes and apply with rubber squegee and then epoxy roll.
Mixing ratio component A : B : water = 2 : 1 : 1 by weight
Top Coat : Mix component A PU Concrete PFT-613-3K MF WB in low 6.00 kg-set/m2/

speed mixer. Pour component B to component A while stiring 3mm
and mix well ± 1 minutes and Pour component C to the
mixture while stiring and mix well ± 1 minutes Mixing ratio
component A : B : C = 4 : 4.8 : 18 by weight.
Note :
Mono coat system can be applied with material consumtion
for scratch coat 1.50 kg-set/m2 and 4.50 kg-set/m2 for top
coat with total thickness 3mm DFT
Top coat can be used in 24 hours for foot traffic and 7 days
for vehicular traffic

CLEANING
POLYFLOOR PU CONCRETE PFT-613-3K MF WB should be removed from tools and equipments with Propan epoxy thinner.
Hardened material can be removed mechanically only.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
POLYFLOOR PU CONCRETE PFT-613-3K MF WB is flammable but does not contain heavy metals in its materials such as lead.
Avoid contact with skin and eye. Do not inhale. Wear suitable protective equipment such as goggles, dust mask and gloves. Do
not smoke near this product and use only explosion proof equipment.
First Aid
Skin contact : Rinse under plenty of water immediately. Seek medical advice if irritation persists.
Eye contact : Wash off under plenty of water immediately. Seek medical advice if irritation persists
Inhalation : Take the person out to get more fresh air, loosen collar and avoid exertion.
Keep him rested and help using breathing apparatus.
