    “My Journey as a Quality Professional Teacher: Today, Tomorrow and Beyond”

    From a young age, we have been told that education is the key to success.
    Pupils need to put in a lot of study time, aim for high results, and make college plans.
    Education is meant to instill in students’ self-discipline, moral principles, and
    autonomous thought. Through education, students may develop their critical thinking
    skills, become contributing members of society, and enter the workforce. This has been
    my inspiration why I am here today.
    My journey to become a quality professional teacher is a very “long and winding
    road” as so they say. Going back in High School, taking up Education was not my first
    choice. I studied another course and started working when I realized that I also wanted
    to be an educator. That’s when I decided to enroll in Professional Education here at
    Northern Quezon College, Inc. and this journey has been an enriching and fulfilling
    experience.
    At first, I felt that it was already late to start another career, a new chapter in my
    life, a new venture where I am not sure if this will end in my favor. I had no expectations
    when I started this journey but my will to become an educator pushed me to strive. This
    journey was a dynamic process marked by continuous growth, adaptability, and a deep
    commitment to fostering student development. Beginning with a solid educational
    foundation, I acquired pedagogical skills and subject expertise through the different
    subjects that I studied. These foundations set the groundwork for an enduring
    commitment to lifelong learning. This journey made me seek more knowledge as I
    prepare myself to become a quality professional teacher. This made me realize that the
    educational landscape is ever-evolving, with new methodologies, technologies, and
    challenges. That teachers must be resilient, embracing change while maintaining a
    steadfast focus on the core mission—educating and empowering students. I was
    challenged as I started taking professional education and up until now, the challenges
    are still here. I know that being a quality professional teacher is a lifelong commitment
    that goes beyond the confines of the classroom, shaping the future through education. I
    know that what I have been through as I study here cannot even be compared to what
    awaits me in the real world. But I can say that I am confident to face what’s ahead
    because of the knowledge that I acquired in this institution.
    Moreso, learning can’t be confined in the four walls of our classroom. That’s why
    I am assured and thrilled to become a quality professional classroom teacher in the
    near future because I know that I will learn even more when I am in the field educating
    the future of our nation.
