    Notice Inviting Bid

    Bid/ Package no. 33/SAC/Tender/NH/2023-24 Dated: 01.03.2024

    RFP for [“Upgradation & construction of Ambua to MP/Gujrat Border(towards


    Dahod) road section of NH-56 from Design Chainage 0.000 to 27.590 Km (Total
    length 27.590 km) to two Lane with paved shoulder configuration along With one
    time improvement in 5.88 km length in the State of Madhya Pradesh on EPC
    Mode.”].

    The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways through Public Works Department (NH)
    Government of Madhya Pradesh is engaged in the development of National Highways
    and as part of this endeavour, it has been decided to undertake “Upgradation &
    construction of Ambua to MP/Gujrat Border(towards Dahod) road section of NH-56
    from Design Chainage 0.000 to 27.590 Km (Total length 27.590 km) to two Lane
    with paved shoulder configuration along With one time improvement in 5.88 km
    length in the State of Madhya Pradesh on EPC Mode.”- Through an Engineering,
    Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract.

    The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways through Public Works Department (NH)
    Government of Madhya Pradesh now invites bids from eligible contractors for the
    following project:-

    GST shall be paid separately as per applicable rates.

    The complete BID document can be viewed / downloaded from official portal of the CPPP
    website https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app from 01.03.2024 to 16.04.2024 (up to 17.30 Hrs.
    IST). Bidder must submit its financial bid and Technical Bid at
    https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app on or before (upto 16.04.2024 17.30 hours IST). Bids
    received online shall be opened on18.04.2024 at 12:30 hours IST.

    Bidders shall also submit their proposals on BIMS portal www.bims.gov.in. Bid through
    other than CPP Portal & BIMS portal shall not be entertained. Further, the bidders shall

    upload the certificate generated by BIMS regarding successful submission of online technical
    information on the CPP portal. The bidder shall submit the scanned copies of Bid Security,
    Online Receipt of payment of cost of Bid Document, Power of Attorney and Joint Bidding
    Agreement at time of online submission of bid and same shall be submitted physically by the
    bidder on or before 17.04.2024 at 17.30 Hrs IST. Please note that the MoRTH/MPPWD (NH)
    reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the BIDs without assigning any reason
    whatsoever.
