Electronic Disclosure and Communications Consent Agreement

Consent to Electronic Communications:


By agreeing to this Electronic Disclosure and Communications Consent Agreement ("Agreement"), you consent to receive certain disclosures
and communications in electronic form ("Communications") with respect to your Credit One Bank, N.A. ("Credit One") credit card
account and, if you have a secured credit card account, your deposit account. If you currently have an Account subject to an
Electronic Disclosure and Communications Consent Agreement, this Agreement now applies to that Account. Your consent covers
all Communications relating to all credit card and deposit accounts (“Account(s)”) you have now or in the future with Credit One. From
time to time, Credit One may offer or you may seek to obtain a new Credit One Account. When you do, Credit One may remind you that
you have already given us your consent to receive electronic Communications. Your consent to receive electronic communications and
transactions includes, but is not limited to:

• This Agreement and any updates


• This Agreement, other service or user agreements for online access to Credit One websites, all updates to these agreements and all
disclosures, notices and other communications regarding your Accounts and transactions you make with your Accounts
• Disclosures, agreements, notices, and other information related to the opening or initiation of an account, product, or service
including, but not limited to, Account agreements, periodic statements, fee schedules, adverse action notices, or other disclosures or
notices that may be required by the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, Truth in Lending Act, Truth in Savings Act, the Equal Credit
Opportunity Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Gramm Leach Bliley Act, or other applicable federal or state laws and regulations
• Important disclosures and notices relating to the maintenance or operation of an Account, product, or service including, but not
limited to Account information, Account activity, Account inactivity, payments made or due, adverse action notices, annual fee
notices, or other statements, disclosures or notices that may be required by the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, Truth in Lending Act,
Truth in Savings Act, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Gramm Leach Bliley Act, or other applicable
federal or state laws and regulations
• Any notice or disclosure regarding an Account, product, or service fee, including, but not limited to, late fees
• Any notice of the addition of new terms and conditions or the deletion or amendment of existing terms and conditions applicable to
Accounts, products or services you obtain from us that may be required by the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, Truth in Lending Act,
Truth in Savings Act, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Gramm Leach Bliley Act, or other applicable
federal or state laws and regulations
• Our Privacy Notice and other privacy statements or notices (by posting such notices on our website)
• Certain tax statements or notices that we are legally required to provide you, such as the annual IRS interest statements

Method of Providing Communications to You in Electronic Form:


Credit One may provide you with an electronic communication by displaying it on Credit One’s website, displaying it on your mobile
device, asking you to print or download the document to keep for your records, and/or sending you an electronic notice (Email/Text/SMS)
regarding the availability of a document ready to be viewed at Credit One’s secure website. However, for various reasons one or more of
these services may not always be available and, therefore, you are responsible for checking Credit One’s website for Communications.
In the event Credit One is unable to notify you electronically, you agree that we may, in our sole and absolute discretion, discontinue
electronic Communications and send future Communications to you in paper form.

Hardware and Software Requirements:


In order to access, view and retain electronic Communications that we make available to you, you must have the following:

• A functioning personal computer or mobile device with connection to the Internet


• A modern Internet browser that supports SSL-encryption
• Sufficient electronic storage capacity on your computer’s hard drive, mobile device or other data storage means if you wish to retain
records in electronic form
• A printer that is capable of printing from your Internet browser if you wish to print out and retain records on paper
• A current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader or another software that allows PDF documents to be viewed and printed
• A valid and functioning Email account, which does not block Email from Credit One Bank
• An internet connection and an up-to-date internet browser that is compatible with, and supported by, your operating system (e.g.,
Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox).

In the future, if a change in hardware or software requirements is needed for you to access and retain the electronic Communications
that will be provided to you, we will notify you electronically of these changes 45 days before the changes become effective.
Manner of Consent:
You acknowledge that by accepting this Agreement to receive electronic Communications through this website, you demonstrate that you
can receive and access information, print or save Emails, web pages and Portable Document Format (“PDF”) files that Credit One will
provide to you by posting these electronic Communications under ‘Documents & Statements’ on Credit One’s website. The
Communications will be made available to you in your Internet browser or they will be provided online for viewing in PDF format.

Request for Paper Copies:


Upon your request, Credit One will provide you with a paper copy of a Communication that was provided to you electronically, however, a
fee for this service may be charged to your Account(s). If you would like a paper copy of any electronic Communication, please write us at
Credit One Bank, P.O. Box 98873, Las Vegas, NV 89193-8873 or call us at 1-877-825-3242.

Communications in Writing:
The Communications in electronic format from Credit One will be considered “in writing.” The Communications will expire and be
removed from Credit One’s website after a period of time. Therefore, you should print and/or download for storage a personal copy of
this Agreement and any other Communications that are presented to you for your records.

How to Withdraw Your Consent:


Credit Card Account: If you withdraw your consent to receive credit card account Communications, all credit card accounts you have with
Credit One will be removed from receiving electronic Communications. Your withdrawal of consent will become effective after Credit One
has had a reasonable period of time to act upon it. You may access and change your electronic communication options on Credit One’s
mobile app or website. Sign in using your username and password, then click on ‘Documents & Statements’ and click the ‘Turn Off
Paperless Documents’ link at the bottom of the page. You may also withdraw your consent by contacting us in writing at Credit One Bank,
P.O. Box 98873, Las Vegas, NV 89193-8873 or by calling us at 1-877-825-3242.

The following paragraph applies to Credit One Bank Secured Card accounts only.
Deposit Account: If you withdraw your consent to receive deposit account Communications electronically, you will no longer be able to
receive electronic Communications about your deposit account, and your deposit account and the credit card account(s) it secures
will be subsequently closed. You may withdraw your consent by contacting us in writing at Credit One Bank, P.O. Box 98873, Las Vegas,
NV 89193-8873 or by calling us at 1-877-825-3242.

How to Update Your Contact Information:


It is your responsibility to provide and maintain a current Email address so that certain notifications can be sent to you. You can update
information (such as your Email address) after you sign in to your Account(s) and click on “Settings”.

Email Address:
Before selecting 'I Agree', Credit One must have your valid Email address on file.

Electronic Signature:
By selecting the 'I Agree' button below, which constitutes your signature on this Agreement, you consent to receive electronic
Communications; you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the above terms and conditions; that your computer and/or mobile
device satisfies the hardware and software requirements specified above; that you have provided a current Email address; that you can
receive and access information, print or save Emails, web pages and PDF files; and that you agree to receive Email notifications and
access electronic Communications for all Account(s) you have with Credit One.

Email Address:
Before selecting 'I Agree', Credit One Bank must have a valid Email address on file in order to send you new document Email notifications.
