Letter of Invitation
Secretary General
Ladies and Gentlemen, Distinguished Delegates, and Honorable Chairs,
I, Manal Kashif, stand before you, ready to assume the role of Secretary General and embark on a remarkable journey
to deliver an unforgettable experience.
For the debating society of BCPG, this MUN represents far more than a mere accolade to embellish our CVs. It
embodies a dream nurtured by our society for quite some time. Witnessing this event evolve into reality and
observing individuals from diverse backgrounds immerse themselves in the art of diplomacy and negotiation is the
ultimate reward we seek.
It is for this profound reason that I implore each of you to be part of this extraordinary journey, the BCGMUN - a
conference that promises to etch lasting memories in your hearts and minds.
Warmest of regards,
Manal Kashif
President
Dear Sir/Ma’am,
It is our absolute pleasure to invite your respective institution and students to join us at one of the most
exceptional and educational experiences on the circuit.
The entire BCGMUN 2024 team has made it a primary focus to highlight the catastrophes faced globally. With
international instability at its peak, we took it upon ourselves to not only conduct a successful conference but
also form an outlet for these brilliant minds to recognize how important their voices are. We believe in the
importance of reevaluating and revisiting the current circumstances and using our accumulated knowledge to
change the way our world is and foster a better future for us as well as the upcoming generations. As the
president of BCGMUN, I invite your institution to this prestigious conference. Offering 5 committees, covering
the main organs of the United Nations, and the introduction a new committee MEOW, I am looking forward to
an excellent level of debate and diplomacy.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
Ruhan Tahir
President of the Conference
Director General
Dear Delegates and Esteemed Colleagues,

Our MUN is more than just an event; it's a transformative journey, an extraordinary symphony of diplomacy
and collaboration. Within these walls, boundaries dissolve, as we unite to forge a brighter future through
thoughtful discourse and resolution. I urge you to become part of this catalytic experience, where your
presence and dedication will not only be valued but celebrated.
Warm regards,
Aayan Gondal
