From software version FT01.002.001:

Explanation:
In the Acopos, B & R constantly monitors the measured resolver signal as to whether the amplitude is
within the valid tolerance range. An amplitude of 100% is expected, whereby the coupling factor of 0.5
is already included.
If the amplitude falls below the 80% limit, the error becomes
****** 9805, angular position sensor defective, B & R code 7032, signal amplitude too small *****

If amplitude exceeds 115% limit we the error

****** 9805, angular position sensor defective, B & R code 7031, signal amplitude too high *****

Variations in the amplitude occur naturally. But to have enough distance to the error
limits,
The measured values should be in the range for each engine
90% - 105% lie
This gives us 10% reserve for the error limits.
In addition, minimum and maximum values should not differ more than 5% while the
engine is running.
Reasons for a greater deviation could be:
- magnetic interference brake <-> resolver
- bad mounting of the resolver
- Bearing damage in the engine
By the way:
Only the diagnostic values of the currently selected drive are written into the backup
If a new drive is selected, the minimum,

Either the resolver in the motor has a problem or it is due to the resolver card card of the module
