 Supported Operations
From V4.10.0, AIMOS allows customers to use an Application Programming Interface (API) in NBI to automate tasks like
adding or deleting network elements (NE) and exporting/importing configuration sets.

API calls Description

Authorization Token The first API call the client needs to perform. On success, time-limited token obtained must be included in subsequent calls
(for security)
NE List This API is a GET request which returns the list of network elements

Add Network Element This API is used to add a network element to the AIMOS

Delete Network Element This API is used to Delete the Network Element based on the NE id provided.

Export Configuration This API is used to export the NE configuration in XML format

Import Configuration This API is used to import the NE configuration from XML file

Test Reachability of Network Element This API is used to check the if the Network Element is accessible in the network
