Abstract
The purpose of this study is to fulfill a better system that will serve as a more reliable tool in registering and enrolling students in an institute. The study is to show the advantages and disadvantages that arise in the computerized enrollment system. The study is to show the innovation of registration and enrollment systems from traditional to high-end technology. The user interface provides ease through its organized interface and functionality. The administrating side provides efficiency in keeping and gathering work. The system will have two parts. The user account and the administrator account. In the user account, users are logged in as guests. They may register and enroll through filling up the available computerized forms. The administrators may interfere with the data in every way possible.

1.0 Introduction
In schools nowadays the enrolment period is always the toughest time that an institute or academy may face through out the year, regardless of the process of their enrolment. mainly for those schools that thrive only on a manual process of enrolment, proceeds may take time and add to that if the institute is well known though still relying in manual processes queues may form along the way, due to some of these circumstances it seems to be hard to handle such collection of records namely storing, finding, sorting, updating and securing each of those records, particularly if stored only in one room and Although it seems simple enough to manage the task at hand it may be easier said than done if experienced beforehand, its like being a librarian in a huge public library, assuming there are no assistants yet, it is but the librarians job to secure, sort, find and update his/her records be it the clients or the records of the books being ordered and taken out. Imagine having those many records on top of each other in one place though organized it is hard to keep track of such records without forgetting who ordered which book without an automated system, given the right scenario what if the institute itself had an accident like a fire outbreak or a flood those hard copy documents may be damaged or worst destroyed. Such records are kept for reference and other purposes. This would be very easy, effortless and manageable in this kind of institution to conduct such kind of enrollment system.

1.1 Company Background


A computer based system is a system in which the computer plays a major role and this kind of system is needed by every companies and institutions nowadays. This is the best way of storing and retrieving data on a server or hard disk rather than using papers and file cabinets. This will help the registrar of Digital System Institute generates a quick and efficient data they need. The Digital System Institute was established on the year 20__. Its primary purpose was to develop, train and equip the students not only with knowledge but also skills in turn to produce quality workforce that is highly productive and adaptable to the newly emerging trends in technology. The Digital System Institute use a manual method in their enrollment system. As a result they encountered unexpected problems like loss of information and slow transaction. As the proponents conducted their research and analyze the existing system, theyve decided to recommend a computer based enrollment system at that enables the faculty and administration of the school to gain a good services for every students and to address the problems that occurs because of their manual enrollment system so that institution will be one or the leading institution in the province.

The main problem in the manual enrollment process is that the students consumed time in filling up the enrollment form. Because the technology is evolving and the demands of the student, they decided to have a new system that can easily enroll in that institution or university or academy. 1.3 Statement of the study

This study aim to develop an enrolment system for the Digital System Institute, the system limits on the following fields and functions: It limits to store the data of the student (First name, Last name, MI, section, and year level) It limits only for the collection of the local college fees.(Miscellaneous, Red Cross, etc) Only Authorized personnel will be allowed to use the system.(registrar, Administrator, and some authorized faculty/staff authorized by the Administrator to records.

Introduction This project looks at an Enrolment Database for a college. It stores details of students, courses,year, and section. It may also be use as local assessment of the college of nursing for their college fees.The database is designed for use by staff and other authorized user in the college office to enable them to easily produce information required by the different people in the college. Objectives This study will help the Faculty and staffs of the College of Nursing of WMSU make enrolment easy by the help of the enrolment database system for the college of nursing. The database system will make the enrolment and collection of fees for the college of nursing easy and fast.The Enrolment database system will store the data of the student this includes the name of thestudent, section, schedule, and college fees. The database system will allow the collector of the fees printa receipt exclusive for the college of nursing student.
