can be good for your child’s mental health and sel -being too.

Leaming through play is considered the most effective way of teaching children. That can help
children develop their brain’ They will not be pressured and burned by just studying without
entertainmain. Besides, this means allowing kids the freedom to explore and discover through

an experience by connecting it to something already known.

I think children should not playing games. It has many negative sides if they do not know how to
control. Games keep them out of contact with the outside world, slowing their growth. Besides,
they are children, so they are not able to control, easily causing game addiction — today’s
common problem.

I prefer eating healthy food such as vegetables and fruits. Because when I eat healthy food, I
can keep fit and stay healthy. When we eat fast food, it’s not good because it is the cause of
many health problems.

I have some reasons to say Why important to eat different food:
Firstly, there are nutrients such as vitagsigs, minerals, cardbohydrates,.. for our body.
