Senior Data Analytics Consultant Role

What You’ll Be Doing

 Lead projects in complex environments ensuring timely delivery of quality solutions


 Architect innovative solutions to modern data architecture challenges facing enterprises
today including:
 Migration to cloud solutions
 Processing massive amounts of data efficiently and with optimal performance
 Automating complex integrations involving many systems
 Working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate
them into actionable insights.
 Modelling data structures according to business needs that follow industry best practice
 Supporting analytics and data visualization technologies and designing solutions to
support them

What We Look For

 Relevant Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics,


Business Technology, etc.)
 2+ years experience with Data Management Systems
 3+ years of Business Intelligence / AI / Analytics related work experience in challenging
environments
 Strong understanding of modern data modelling techniques
 Strong understanding of Cloud services providers (AWS, Google, Microsoft) and how to
architect solutions around them
 Experience working with modern Business Intelligence, Analytics or Data Management
technologies and a history of recommending good practices and developing innovative
and sustainable solutions
Data Analytics/Scientist Consultant Role

What You’ll Be Doing

In collaboration with the other members of your team and your supervisor you will be in charge
or participate in the following activities:

 Business requirements mapping to functional and technical design


 Data structure analysis and data model design
 Development of data transformation processes
 Implementation of metrics and visualizations
 Developing and implementing machine learning models to solve business challenges
and drive strategic decision-making.
 Working with team members by converting business requirements to achieve functional
and technical design

What We Look For

 Relevant Bachelor’s Degree (Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering,


Mathematics, Physics, Business Technology, STEM, etc.)
 Demonstrated experience using SQL, Python or related languages
 Some knowledge of BI technologies, data modeling, data management
 1 to 3 years of work/internship/academic experience in data analysis, data technology,
business intelligence, analytics
 Experience working with modern Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Management
technologies
 Ability and willingness to digest technical business information and present that with
sensitivity to business stakeholders
Senior Data Engineer

Responsibilities:

 Collaborate with the Sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical
expertise during pre-sales engagements.
 Design and implement Proof of Concepts (POCs) to showcase the potential of data
integration solutions and demonstrate value to clients.
 Prepare technical proposals and cost estimates for data integration projects.
 Conduct client presentations and answer technical questions effectively.
 Design, develop, and deploy data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and loading data
from various sources into target systems (cloud and on-premises).
 Implement data cleansing, quality checks, and transformation logic to ensure data
integrity and accuracy.
 Configure and manage data integration tools, including cloud-based platforms and on-
premises solutions.
 Automate workflows and schedule data pipeline execution for efficient data processing.
 Monitor data pipelines for performance and troubleshoot any issues.
 Collaborate with data analysts, scientists, and other stakeholders to ensure data
accessibility and meet their analysis needs.
 Document data pipelines and processes for future reference and knowledge transfer.

Skills & Qualifications:

 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or related role.


 Strong understanding of data integration concepts and methodologies.
 Hands-on experience with cloud-based data integration platforms (e.g., AWS Glue, Azure
Data Factory, GCP Dataflow).
 Proficiency in on-premises data integration tools (e.g., Informatica PowerCenter,
Datastage, Talend, Pentaho, Nifi, Airflow).
 General knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL
databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, Couchbase).
 Experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
 Excellent scripting skills (e.g., Python, SQL).
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively
with both technical and non-technical audiences.
 Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Passion for data and its potential to drive business insights.
